I dont know if I should write this review, after all they might not even read them but just in case. I want everybody to know I used to love this place because of their flexibility and after hours benefit. I love Dr. Lopez hes been the best Dr.. I have ever let take care of my children, I give him all 5 stars. Dr. Cole? I dont even know if I ever met her. Oh wait! Yes the only time I ever saw her was once she suddenly enter the room to tell the MA she was taking too much time with my son and I really did not like that or the way she talked to her employee. Today I have come to the conclusion that I might need to change Drs I hate to leave Dr. Lopez but it is necessary when I start feeling unsatisfied with the service. All the reviews that say "office staff is rude" are mostly true. Today I have to agree that they have implemented a system that does not work and It will cost them a lot of patients. I had an appointment at 4pm Monday. The system (I guess) sent a text on Sunday saying that my appointment was at 8am instead of 4pm on Monday. I tried to call to confirm but they do not take calls on the weekend so, I said well...Ill wake the children up earlier so I can be on time. When I get to the office, they are not even open yet. We were late to school without a note. Since I had an appointment scheduled, I showed up at 4pm just to find out that my appointment had been cancelled because I did not confirm. So I made 2 trips to the office and was sent away even after explaining the situation the receptionist talked to a manager who said had talked to the Dr (which I dont believe) anyways I was not seen. I was told to call the next day at 8:30am to schedule a new appointment. I told them this is not acceptable. I am so disappointed, this office is not what it used to be.

I got a voicemail on a Saturday to confirm my appointment. I called back but the phone lines are closed on the weekend. They were closed memorial day as well so I couldnt confirm until Tuesday, which was the day of our appt at 345pm. The lines dont open til 9am and I had to get my kids to school, daycare and myself to work. It slipped my mind to call and confirm; and it was the last thing on my mind. So when I called at 11am they confirmed that my appt was cancelled. So frustrated!!! The lady said "well you had this morning to call". I got upset and told her "I have to get my kids to school and daycare and get to work, it slipped my mind to call you." I told her this is a stupid procedure and it should not apply to everyone. She mentioned Dr. Cole put this plan into place. I hope Dr. Cole does get to see this review and highly consider changing it to only repetitive "No show" patients. I may have 1 "no show" within the last few months but I am not repetitive about it. I am looking for another doctor. We usually see Dr. Lopez (I love him and his M.A)or Dr. Cole but this is not worth the headache of trying to keep my appt. People have lives and some, like me, are responsible enough to actually show up to the appt. I work in a Dr.s office so I get it, I understand "no shows" are a head ache but we have plans implemented on repetitive "No shows" not all patients.

TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! My son for a whole month was treated for multiple things that the Nurse practitioner "thought" he had. My wife kept telling him he needed antibiotics that she knew he was wrong you know the motherly instinct, she kept telling him about our son messing with his ears and complaining about them he is (19 months old) he always looked in his ears and said he couldnt see because too much wax so he couldnt diagnose him with a ear infection. He didnt even attempt to remove the wax or anything, so for a whole month he went untreated for the actual problem. We ended up taking our son to another doctor and not even 1 Minute upon looking in both ears the new doctor we brought him too found he had a DOUBLE EAR INFECTION! She said his ears were so red. This could of all been prevented had the nurse practitioner actually tried to look in his ears and actually listened to my wife. Beware when you go here, they only care about money and will miss treat you so you have to come back. I brought my son back a total of 5 times in one month.

I am so angry with this office. My son has been on and off SSI because of his disability and because of my income. So I got it back up Insurance just in case he goes without having his SSI. So I called them and I asked them if they took a certain type of insurance and they said yes I called two more times just to verify that they did they still said yes. So I go and get the insurance changed which takes a whole entire month for the process to go through and then when I need to take him to the doctor they tell me that they dont take that insurance. And now they also tell me that they dont take the insurance that his SSI is providing which theyve been taking for the past four years. This office is a bunch of b******* and has an experienced people who do not know what they are doing when it comes to office work. Customer service wise with the doctors is great but the people behind the computers are morons.

I have had three TERRIBLE experiences at this doctors office and I will NEVER bring my children back and I highly suggest that you do not take your children here either! Dr. Carla Cole told me that she sends kids home with 105, 106 and 107 fever and that fever does not hurt you. She mocked our previous (life long pediatrician, we just relocated) for hospitalizing my son with 105 fever. (We were glad he didnt risk my sons safety) The previous doctor we saw here refused to check anything out with my daughter when she had been feeling bad for two weeks. He said let it run its course? Later he called, when I complained and called us in an antibiotic. The receptionist do sound as if you are bothering them and are not friendly. Seeing how were talking about our precious, irreplaceable, children here... dont risk it. Take them some where else.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! The staff is rude and very careless .I always had different doctors who dont even speak good English ! What is the point of choosing Dr. Cole As your primary doctor shes never even there! When one of my kids got sick they never got any medicine prescribed to them and they never would call me to confirm appointments. My son contracted a disease from their prior location because they were very unsanitary. When I would go I usually waited 2 hrs just so they can send me to one of the back rooms so I could wait another 20 minutes ! Its ridiculous stay away from here!
