So many times people only speak up when they have had poor service. I make it a point to let people know when I have been treated especially well. Yesterday I went to the Doctors Express on Cooley Street and was blown away by the care I received there, definitely the best of any clinic I have been to. All of the staff, from the moment I walked in the door, were friendly and caring. The wait time to see Dr. Laurenzano was minimal. He was so caring, empathic, and gentle while incredibly humorous at the same time. I dont know if I have ever experienced such fantastic bedside manner and I told him so. I was so emotional and he handled it with both grace and humor. I would be more than happy to write a reference statement for you to use in either written or online publicity if that is something you want. Thank you for your attention and for the wonderful medical facility that is Doctors Express, Cooley Street.

A very good Urgent Care! The woman who answered the phone is a Medical Technician and was able to answer questions that I had. Some Urgent Care facilities have receptionists that have no medical training and cant answer any questions, not even the most basic. Because of the medical technician at AFC Urgent Care, I went there. Im really glad I did as they figured out why I had so much pain in the area of my kidney. The only person I wish were a little nicer, was the staff person who gave me an injection. She was a bit abrupt. The Doctor was very professional, thorough and explained everything to me without rushing. I would definitely go there again in the future if need be.

I once lived 30 seconds from this facility and used it here and there with no complaints. I since moved north, making an urgent care facility in wibraham far closer. I needed urgent care today, but after reading the bad and often bizarre reviews of the Wilbraham facility, I drove on by and back to this one. I was in and out with everything I needed before Wilbraham even opened up! I also checked other urgent care facilities in the area, most all with bad reviews. I realized I was taking a good thing for granted, absolutely recommend this urgent care location. It seems other AFC locations had best reviews as well.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff and doctors at Doctors Express. I had cut my hand pretty bad while trying to open a package with a knife. It was bleeding pretty badly, but I was afraid to go to the ER since I didnt have insurance. This is where the great staff at Doctors Express came in. I was a little panicked when I arrived and the receptionist put me right at ease. In no time I was sutured by a friendly doctor who reminded me to cut away from the body! The whole process must have taken less than 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable considering Im on a tight budget.

This was my first time going to an urgent care for myself. We had attempted to take our son to a different company/facility a year ago and we had a terrible experience which included a two hour wait only to be told we should go to the ER. The AFC Urgent Care on Cooley Street was really good. The front staff was pleasant and the physician didnt phone it in. She was very pleasant and professional. The fact that you could reserve a spot on-line was a huge bonus. I was able to be examined and x-rayed within an hour.

Staff was professional and welcoming. Easy in and out. Office and exam rooms very clean. Only reason Im not rating it 5stars is because nothing is perfect, improvements​ can always be found... One issue I personally had was I needed a medical doctor to clear me for a "work related physical" and not a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, I had to wait for the days the doctor would be there...Other than that it was a good experience...Thank you AFC for the care.

Doctors Express is something that we have needed for a long time in the Springfield area. I went last week for potential strep throat with the hopes of being in and out in a reasonable time. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The staff was extremely friendly and professional from beginning to end. I will certainly return to Doctors Express in the future for any medical needs I may have and have already spreading the word to my friends.

My third time at AFC Urgent care. The staff is very caring and empathetic. The doctors are thorough and take the time to listen to you. They make follow up calls with results of tests and concern of your progress. The examining rooms are clean, they do blood work and x-rays. I recommend that you go to AFC Urgent Care anytime you need to see a doctor that day and avoid the ER waiting time. They will do all they can to get you feeling better.

The attending physician and staff were outstanding! I have very complex and painful orthopedic issues, severe pain, spasm, paresthesia and loss of function, was in distress, and unable to obtain medical attention from my PCP orvthe VA. The MD at the clinic took the time to "listen," evaluate my situation and prescribed the proper medication to get me through the weekend.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Receptionist was very friendly and prompt. And my medical assistant Tara was incredible. Very polite and knew exactly what she was doing. I was in and out of there within an hour. Better than waiting 3 hours at the local E.R. But my 5 star review was definitely cause of the outstanding services that Tara provided. Enjoy your day.

Compassionate, empathetic staff. Quiet, cozy and comforting atmosphere. Everyone is pleasant. They get you in and out as quick as possible, while focusing on the major reasons for a doctor visit. They also call to follow up, asking how youre feeling, particularly if youve been out of school or work. They focus on quality of care. 10/10 would recommend.

My son had an excellent experience at AFC urgent care. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were very attentive to my son. All the staff explained to him exactly what they were going to do and the Dr. showed him his X-ray, which he loved, and explained where his fracture was. I would definately go back here! Excellent care.

Fantastic facilities and fantastic Doctors. Wait time was VERY MINIMAL and the staff is extremely friendly to every patient. Two visits for myself and one for my 4 yr old daughter. My family HIGHLY recommends Doctors Express Urgent Care at 415 Cooley Street Springfield MA. Thank you all for your kindness and care.

This office was great. I come here all the time to get my physical done and they never fail to get the job done fast. The front staff, Elizabeth and Charity are both super easy to work with and nice. Dr. Reymond and her medical assistant Yun are both great at their jobs and I would 100% recommend this office.

Well first I found out my co pay was now $20 instead of $60 so that was the first positive. The second positive was they took me in right away! They were all so friendly & caring. They had a hard time getting my blood done so that was the only negative. But other than that, they personally were wonderful!
