Ive been a patient of this practice for 25 years. Since the practice was sold it has gone downhill. It is more difficult to get an appointment with the doctor, reception staff are rude when answering the phone and refuse to connect you with a doctor on the phone even for simple or urgent questions. Am on my honeymoon and am sick and am unable to get any care. They would not allow me to speak with the doctor even though I asked for a call back when he had time. Instead they had another receptionist call back and say he cant help me. After my entire family seeing this doctor for SOOOO many years as loyal patients you would think they would give you the time of day and speak with you politely. I am beyond disgusted with them. Additionally, since merging the practice they have given my personal information away to medical companies who call to solicit you. I get phone calls all the time it is a huge invasion of privacy and annoying to have medical telemarketers even after telling them not to call back Im still getting calls. As soon as I return I will be getting my records and leaving. GOOD JOB this is how you get rid of loyal long term customers. Absolutely disgusted.

Ive been using them for about 2yrs and couldnt be happier. I call for an appointment and its either the same day or next. Derrick always takes the time to answer all questions, Im never rushed. The staff has always been polite and helpful and the nurses rock too!
