I came to Hampton Medical because i had a horrible ear ache. I was told by the desk that i had to change my primary care physician - So I spent the next 20 minutes on the phone with my insurance company changing it over so I could be seen because i was in so much pain and my regular Dr. didnt have time to see me in two days. I was told I would being seing a Lisa Jantzen NP. By the time I was done with switching insurance companies and filling out the paperwork - I was told that Lisa had to take her lunch break and I had to come back in an hour. Wow. How unprofessional. SO ...the office manager tried to talk Lisa Jantzen into seing me and Lisa begins screaming at her. Horrible place - I asked for my $20 copay and walked out. No compassion, no understanding and this Lisa Jantzen has no heart - could care less that I was standing there in pain - could care less. I will NEVER step foot in that joke of a place again.

To the crazy woman that left a horrible but very unfair review , Dr Macs office was guilty of not being able to fix what your shrink tried unsuccessfully to fix for 20 years , you are a warped human , shame on you , Dr Mac is a nice man who cares very much about his patients and so does his staff . That ear pain might be daemons trying to come out .

Dr Muharemovic is the best GP I have ever had! He is so energetic and knowledgeable. He is truly inspired about his work. He loves to talk to you and explain things. I always have in depth enlightening convos with him. I never feel cut short because he is very willing to spend the time with your questions. Cant say enough. I highly recommend him!!
