My husband has been a patient of Dr. Buckmans for many years so I decided to make an appointment with him. He seems knowledgeable but he was emotionless. He is not approachable in my opinion. I think he joked around once but he is so dry that it was hard to tell if he was kidding or not. He sternly told my 3 year old not to touch something and my kid got scared and hid behind me. While education & training are obvious traits I look for in a doctor, trust & rapport are just as important.

I have been trying to reach the office since 1pm today. They take lunch between 12 and 1. Its now 1:35 and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONES. THE ANSWERING SERVICE SAYS THEY ARE RUNNING A LITTLE LATE. REALLY???????????????? MAYBE ILL RUN A LITTLE FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT.

They charged me $125 to be seen by the nurses ASSISTANT IN TRAINING and was told to "just keep taking OTC meds" for a sinus infection
