DISCLAIMER: I have not been paid by anyone to post this, nor Im looking to gain anything from this, Im just a guy that now has to come up with $700 because of this guys not caring enough about their jobs and you need to be made aware. Unless you have a medical emergency and they are the only guys seen you on the spot, avoid them! after more than TWO YEARS of going faithfully to them they started charging me over $50 for the simple "cleaning and check up"even though I have always been insured and I have never had to pay before, they just send me a bill... thats not even the bad part!!!!! I decided to go to brident (almost across the street) because Im only gonna pay $5 and wont charge me a penny more for fluoride (they made me aware ahead of time)... these guys at brident used really good x-ray machines (2 different types used on my first visit and the screen quality was HD compared to what they used at castle, where they only used the little scope directed at mouth. well, long story short, the doctor at brident made me aware that I have well over 5 cavities and I need to take care of them suckers immediately. I could understand if I have one or two cavities, its life, But I find it extremely difficult to believe that I have over m...king 5 cavities and god knows for how long I was going to have them before castle dental was going to be able to notice them in their screen (or care enough to look) and charge me god knows how much more to get this fixed. Do not say you were not made aware.

This has been our family dentist for over a year, and visits are always pleasant. The dentist is honest and concerned with your health, not your money. Ive been to plenty of hacks who try to make an extra buck from you by telling you you need treatments you really dont, so its nice to be in the care of a trustworthy dentist. Ive referred a lot of family to them and they always have a good experience too- and they cater to cowards.

Absolutely the best Dental office that I have ever been to. Dr. Lee and all employees were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate to nervous patients and very experienced in their positions. The Doctor was wonderful. She eased my fears completely and I trust her completely. If anyone is looking for a good office......this is the one!!!!!!! You wont be sorry.

I had a wonderful experience with this location, thanks to Wendy! After being assigned to two different Castle locations, I accidentally went to this location and Wendy made sure I got assigned immediately. I was able to get everything I needed done during this visit and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office!

I have always had a great experience with all the staff workers. Everyone has always been very professional and courteous . Have never had trouble setting an appointment for me or my family . Dr Eakin is awesome very professional and friendly makes you feel comfortable and gets the job done what ever it may be .

I officially hate this place. They have no respect for your time. The 13 months I came here for braces has tested my patience. I was never seen at my appointment time. My orthodonist changed 3 times. Dr. Nours asks like hes straight out of school. The staff is slow. I will be changing my dentist tomorrow.

This is a great dentist office. I came when I was 16 to get braces and now Im 31 and still love the service. They are very nice and explain everything to u so u will understand what u are getting and what u r paying for. I would recommend castle dental to all my friends and family.

I took my kids in and everyone there is great. The first appointment took a little long to be seen but they where supper busy so I took them back for their cleaning and was much faster. Also, Mrs. Fay is very nice and made my kids feel good so it was easy and fast.

Once you pay your contract for your braces. Your treatment may be extended even for 2 more years. They will make you pay those two extra years assuming it was your responsibility of extending the contract. In conclusion, try not to go there, visit some place else.

Dr. Lee and her assistant Ms. Poonam were great! i was nervous about the procedure I was getting done but they were always gentle and made sure I was doing okay. What ended up being almost a 3 hour procedure flew by!!
