What an absolutely gorgeous modern dental office. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful during check in and check out. I went in for a cleaning and felt the service was thorough, transparent, and very helpful. I left knowing a lot more about how to improve my daily dental care regiment. Dr. Alcazar was kind and straightforward with how he wanted to proceed with my care, and the hygienist took great care to make me feel comfortable. At the end of the visit, the office staff and practice director were happy to help me find the best way to pay for my services because I dont have insurance. Overall, a wonderful, beautiful visit!

Im a brand new patient to the practice and let me tell you the customer service I received was top notched. When I first entered, I was greeted by Kendra in a professional manner. I filled out my information on a tablet, which makes the process so much easier. Kara ,the hygienist, was very gentle and thorough with the cleaning. She recommend ways to keep tarter to a minimum, which is my problem of course. Afterwards, Dr. Farkas was kind enough to sit down and answer any questions I may have had. I will definitely be returning here and plan to be a long time customer.

I havent been to the dentist in a long time and I was expecting something cold and sterile. This place felt like a super fancy spa and they were so warm and sincere when they interacted with me. The interior is super modern inside and I even got a little gift for being a new patient. Ive never been to a place that makes me feel so special. I need to find a doctors office that feels the same because everything now will pale in comparison to Northshore Dental.

Ive had the pleasure of bringing my grandson Charlie for the pass two years. The staff ,and Doctors are very courteous, helpful,and considerate of your needs. Amazing as this may sound Charlie now eight, is excited about returning to have teeth filled! This is all due to the treatment he receives while at North shore Dental. The building is nicely decorated and clean, these guys are Professionals,and it shows in the quality of their work, and customer care.

Dr Farkas has been my dentist for over 20 years. He has worked on my teeth as well as my 4 siblings, their families and my sons. The service is fantastic and quite a few nice amenities - lavender neck wrap when getting procedures does (or teeth cleaned) is just one! The office is clean and the staff is wonderful. He does try to stay cutting edge, which is fantastic for me. I highly recommend Northshore Dental.

i love this place! Dr. Farkas has been my familys dentist for quite a few years. You can tell he is a dentist that is concerned about helping his patients, not just making money. The whole office is very modern, clean and well maintained. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful! They are conveniently located right off of the beltway, so getting there is easy too!

My 6 yr old son and I both had 4:00 appointments for getting our teeth examined and cleaned. We had swim team practice at 5:00 in Crosby and made it. They were awesome with my son. He asked them 5thousand questions while they did the cleaning and they handled him and his lawyer type questions with out missing a beat. The Dr was great too. Keep it up Northshore Dental!!

I have been going to this dental office for over 20 years and the staff is very friendly. Dr Farkas is very nice and kind. Recently they have updated their system where you can receive emails and make appointments online now. This makes it very convenient.

I feel that the ambiance in this office no longer exists with Ms. Sharon and Somali being gone. I was a patient for 13 years. Now that they are gone everything has changed in a negative way. I will be discontinuing my loyalty with this busines immediately.
