Until recently, I have had no major issues with my teeth. I had an emergency with severe pain. I called them because they were close to home and they took me right away. This trip turned out to be some major work. This office has always been concerned and upfront with all of my dental care. The front desk is amazing and they give you several options on how they will work with you to get your teeth done. Dr. K was so comforting and coming from someone that was extremely nervous - I could not have asked for anyone better. GO HERE - they are amazing!!!!!

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. From the original phone call to make my appointment they were very friendly. I literately had no wait to get in to my appointment. The technicians and dentist were very accommodating to my needs. Office personnel went over all the pricing for what I needed done. Went back for my fillings and the dentist was so very concerned about my pain level and kept making sure I was ok thru the whole procedure. I even got a free whitening kit for being a new customer. Highly recommend this office.

I would have to say that this has been the best dental experience my children have ever had. All of the assistants were very nice and helpful especially Lorena, and Dr.K was very sweet and thorough. She explained every little detail and made both of my kids feel very comfortable. The ladies at the front were nice, there was little to no wait time, and the overall experience was very positive. I would recommend Ideal Dental Stone Park to everyone! They deserve 10 stars!

I had not been to a dentist in years. Moved across town and Ideal Dental is right next door to me. I had over $4000.00 worth of Fillings, root canals, crowns, bridge and deep cleaning done in 2 days. I was blown away at how fast they did the work. Even more amazing I had no pain or gum discomfort. Now free teeth whitening. What more can you ask for. Oh....Friendly and Professional Staff. Icing on the cake. Im amazed and will never go to another dental office now.

I recently went on a limb and tried Ideal Dental out opposed to the dentist I normally visit. I needed somewhere more convenient, yet the same great service and attention Im used to getting. I can definitely say I got that and more when I walked out of Ideal. Alechia was awesome and made me feel at ease and Dr. K is very nice, knowledgeable, and personable. I will keep coming and bring the family in as well!

An amazing dental visit!! Made me feel very comfortable and they have great team work Skills! Treated my daughter that is 6 very well and had lots of patience with her! I will keep going back to them! I highly recommend them!! Doctor was great at explaining all procedures to me! They also work very well on time management! No one likes going to the dentist, but this is by far the best office Ive ever been to. I usually have horrible anxiety about dentist visits, but ever since I started going to them Ive been at ease. Everyone is so welcoming and kind; those that Ive received treatment from have been amazing. Going to Ideal Dental definitely makes the experience of going to the dentist much more bearable!

Very very excited, I called for an appointment it was an emergency, and they saw me the same morning! Front desk is very very personable, the slang "how can I make you smile" had me smiling from ear to ear. Ive always been afraid of dentist and the Dr made me very very comfortable. I received my temporary plate today and my smile is very beautiful.

I love Ideal Dental at Stone Park. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice, you feel like you are home being there. Lorena is very nice and puts you at ease before Dr K.repairs your teeth and self esteem by improving your appearance. I wont go to another dentist as long as I live here on Houston. I appreciate their patience with me. I fear the dentist, but there I felt comfortable and they took their time to educate me on what was going to happen before it happened. It is not easy to get me to go to the dentist, but I felt that the office and the doctor were very compassionate and were able to ease my fear.

As much as I hate the dentist I LOVE this establishment. The customer service is wonderful, I have never waited over 15 minutes to be seen. My DA Lorena is so nice and personable, she makes me feel comfortable all the time and Dr. David is patient and polite with outstanding bedside manners.

LOVE this place went to get a check due to the last dental office I went to being very rude ! But this place is great friendly staff ! And even got my work done that same day! The even worked out a payment plane for me and the Dr.carroll is really great as well!! I will be going back !

The staff here is amazing! I have 4 kids of all ages and most of them had a terrible fear of dentists till they were seen here. I love that they are not in a rush to get you in and out which assures you quality work. You are in great hands in this place!

Did a crown for my wife shes in pain all these time,shes afraid to go back to check on it.insurance dint want to pay for it cause it wasnt nesesary it was reparable and now I have to pay $550 out of my pocket ..not happy at all
