I went in for my yearly exam and a contact lens fitting and I had a very bad experience. I used monthly contact lenses but instead I wanted to try the daily ones because the monthly ones (and particularly that specific brand) aggravated my eyes. On my first visit I told the male doctor that examined me the issues Im having with the current monthly contact lenses, and he wanted me to take a break from contacts for a week. He also prescribed steroid eye drops and said to come back in a week for the contact lens fitting. I even prepaid for the lens fitting. I was never told that the next visit could change from a lens fitting to something else. I went back and to my surprise I was examined with a different doctor and not the same one. This time a female doctor comes in and started to talk to me about how bad my eyes are without even having examined me. After taking more or less the same steps as the male doctor took to examine me, then she ends up telling me the same thing. Take these other steroid eye drops and come back in a week for the contact lens fitting. Their explanations of why my eyes are bad were very unscientific and ranged from: "Your eyes need a break" to things like "Maybe youre allergic to something" or "Your eyes are red/dry". Thank you doctor but I know all that. Thats not what I came here for. I came here for a yearly exam and contact lens fitting. And why arent you providing me with contact lenses? Whats your scientific explanation for this? Why are you wasting my time? Are you trying to sell more visits? I called and asked for my records to be sent to me - at the end of the call I said "Goodbye" and reception hung up and didnt say anything; a little rude for a business dont you think? I will update this comment once Ive received all of my medical records from them.

Disappointed with their return policy. Misleading. They tout their policy is so amazing that if for any reason youre not satisfied bring glasses in within 30 days and they will replace, adjust or fully refund the purchase....no questions asked. Well, first pair was not acceptable and they worked w/ me in picking out something else lighter weight. I tried the replacement pair and was not satisfied after paying more than $600.00 and I told them I wanted a refund and they told me it was only 30 days from when I picked up the original pair of glasses. The brochure states NOTHING about a "first pair". If a customer is unsatisfied within the 30 day trial they should be able to return them for a full refund if thats what they want. The brochure is extremely misleading and I was not told of any policy verbally otherwise. They agreed that the brochure doesnt state original pair only, but yet they will not refund/return. They agreed to fix them but that wasnt the point. They should honor what is written and change the brochure going forward. Very poor management. Not worth the fight. Wont recommend or do business w/ them ever again.

I just finished my yearly eye exam and it went very well. The staff at Triangle Visions is very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Glupker was very efficient and professional. I also had my 8 year old there for his yearly eye exam and Dr. G was great with him. My son is not the most compliant patient, especially when someone is checking out his eyeballs! He was very patient with my son and gave me great advice for his eye care. Looks like we need glasses soon. Not yet, but soon. I especially enjoyed their glasses technician, Heather. She seems to be quite fashionable and is always honest with her advice on what frames to pick out. She has never led me astray and I trust her completely on her choices. Whenever I leave their office I never get the feeling that any of them are trying to get the most $$ out of me. Its all about what I need and want.

Very clean office with friendly and accommodating staff. I called as a new patient and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I could pay a small additional fee to have my eyes checked by a new piece of technology, and avoid having to have them dilated - this allowed me to be able to return to work and function normally unlike in the past. Dr. Lyerly was very informative and moved the exam along at a pace so I didnt feel rushed or over communicated to. They accept my insurance, have a pretty good selection of frames, and better prices than the last place I received glasses. With easy access, the great staff, and cutting edge technology, I recommend Triangle Visions to anyone.

Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from the front desk. My wait to get seen was very short. The girl who performed my eye tests was very friendly and informative (telling me what to expect from each machine). The doctor was patient and talked through several options for my eye care. I finished my visit with the sweetest person who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. This is my least favorite thing to do (especially with no one with me to give me an opinion). This girl was so honest and helpful and helped me narrow down my choices to pick the perfect fit for me. Triangle Visions Optometry of Cary has innovative equipment and makes the experience truly exceptional.

During previous visits the doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt as if I was cared for like a family member. But, I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service representatives in the front of the store and the lack of follow up with messages via the phone or email. This has occurred on three different occasions. I may understand if it was follow up for a complaint or something of that matter, but I was trying to purchase products and services. Also, I was a previous customer that has purchased glasses and had an eye exam done at this location in the past. Unbelievable! Still waiting for a phone call!

Our entire family have been going to Triangle Visions Optometry for over 12 years. We can all say, without hesitation, that there is no finer optometry practice than this one. We have be more than pleased with our yearly examines and more importantly they are there 100% each time we needed them in emergency situation - and "YES" with 3 children who are very active in sports we have called on them at all hours. We truly wish we could duplicate their dedication, knowledge, care, and friendliness unto all doctors. Without hesitation we encourage you to go to them!

My child was referred to Dr. Miller for a vision assessment due to issues with learning at school. Dr. Miller and Aimee were fantastic. From the eye exams and assessment and for the duration of vision therapy (~ 6 months), both were welcoming and made my child feel very comfortable. My child made tremendous leaps forward in visual discrimination, working memory, and sequencing. Our scheduling requests were accommodated, and we rarely (if ever) had to wait for the appointments to begin.

I cannot thank Dr Jennifer Lyerly, OD enough for providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 star! during my visit on 4/24 at Triangle Visions Optometry of Cary Ten-Ten Road. I highly recommend the Triangle Visions Optometry of Cary as the staff from the receptionist to seeing Dr Lyerly was awesome: polite, knowledgeable, great listeners, and awesome all around! Office clean & inviting. I do NOT recommend Triangle Visions in APEX as office was musty, & staff poor in customer service!! Marie
