The service people at the desk were extremely disrespectful. they told me they couldnt find my name on file after I spelled it to them over the phone probably about 7 times total. They kept spelling it wrong and had major attitude when I told them that I def was in the system as I had visited this location last year. One of the guys said "interesting" in a condescending way when I pronounced my name to him...since its not a common American name. My call was inturrupted with a lot of little interjectory comments and "sights" of frustration and a lot of "hold ons" I felt like I was not important as a customer so after I did make the appointment and got off the phone, I thought about it and called back and cancelled my appointment and now Im seeking to schedule an eye exam elsewhere. P.s: I know what customer service is! I also serve customers for a living! One has to be respectful, considerate and well...not make fun of peoples names. Unfortunate to say that I didnt even got the appointment to see the doctor so have no idea about how the doctor in this location serves his patients...sorry. And oh one of the desk Guys name was mike and I forget the other ones name.

I have had my eyes exammed at this LensCrafters for the last 5 or 6 years. Up until this year I hadnt been wowed by their service, but they recently really helped me in getting some contacts before my vacation. They didnt have any appointments available before I left, so they GAVE me eight sets of contacts to get me through until I got back from vacation. We scheduled an appointment for when I returned. I just got back from that appointment and was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Burge. I will definitely be returning for my annual exam next year.

From the shopping for frames and discounts on lenses, I got 2 pairs for the price of one. I was surprised because I have no insurance. For designer frames with basic lenses and an exam, I spent $337 for 2 pairs... AWESOME!

Gladys, Dr. Renda and then Mary Beth all made sure I received great service at my appointment. Unexpectedly Mike called to follow up a few days later. Overall this was a great experience. Thank you guys!
