I got glasses at this store 2 years ago....DISASTER. First lens scratched easily even with the no-scratch stuff. These were replaced at no charge and the second set a LITTLE better, although scratched again. The worst is that the frame arms are now totally discolored and the color on the frame front is chipping off. Ive worn glasses 50+ years and have never has such POOR QUALITY. Service was not an issue.....just quality of glasses......Dont go there!!

Worse service..manager not on duity, kept on getting new numbers to call to get service..never purcase from sears..AND NEVER GET WARRANTY FROM SEARS..its nuthing but BS..they will waste your time until you get fedup

The service was good from Anthony and also from Dr Liggin. Got a very good deal. The quality of the frame very good.
