Arrived 15 mins early like suggested for a 1600 appointment arrived 1541. An hour later after being told a few more mins every 15 mins. The doctor was in the room for 3 mins and thats being generous to tell me I needed an xray and there is nothing else he can do besides a referral. Get to xray and they say another 30 minute wait. Its 2 hours and some change later. Wasted 25 on a co pay and believe me if you are late you will be charged 25 dollars. Kaiser cost me 2 HOURS of my time and 25 dollars for about 10 mins of theirs total! The xray tech would just grab my foot, possibly broken, while im standing, and force it which way she wanted instead of simply asking me to move it. I felt like a burden of hers. This is one of many horror stories and I cannot wait for open enrollment. I will end this with a somewhat positive note, once your money is drained from co pays and pills that never work. They have a great financial assistance program!

Wish i could give no stars. Scheduled an appointment over a month ago to see Dr. Lynette Santos Malik for first time appointment. I waited in the lobby for over 1 hour an 30 mins. One of the workers was leaving for the day and i stopped her to ask what was takinh so long. She sounded suprised and said someone would be right with me. 15 mins later someone came out and told me that they didnt know i was there and the dr couldnt see me! I know to have very low expectations for service at a doctors office but this takes it to another level. Worst experience ever. Please dont bother with this office, a big waste of time. Considering dropping kaiser all together.

Solely basing my rating on the pharmacy and staff as well as the website. If kaiser is aware of a glitch it should be fixed. I requested a refill with ample time to refill and it didnt get processed so now my 7 year old son has to go without medication he relies on for god only knows how long!!!! If its a problem to refill online at another pharmacy I.e. Salmon creek to orchards than put that in a disclaimer on the website!!!! Its always something with the pharmacy!

I have to say that my dr. and nursing staff are amazing. They explain everything that I ask in terms that I understand! They take the time to listen to me and my concerns. I do have to give the lab that draws my blood a zero. Very unfriendly. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. No response or emotion. While taking my blood I am always nervous, and this time I left hurting! I didnt even know that was possible! I late had a Bruise.

My only complaint is doctors who retire when we still want to keep them. My husband recently went through radiation at Interstate. Our experience there was incredible. We use Orchards primarily but have experienced no issues anywhere. Meds via mail with a 3 month supply works for us!

Called member services today 6/20/17 for details of my plan covarge the girl who was helping me was being rude she was laughing with her coworker about me really disrespectful dont remember her name but I believe it start with a M Really bad service

Came here for physical therapy and other services. The staff was knowledgeable and professional but often seemed rushed like they were trying to get you in and out asap. Overall, decent service and care though
