I had initially taken my baby here for her 2 week check up because it was super close to my house. The first appointment was great. The doctor seemed nice, the staff friendly. Unfortunately I will not be going back here because they cant get their stuff together. I scheduled an appointment for my daughters 2 month check up and to get her vaccinations. The week before I got a confirmation call for the visit, which I said yes, we will be going to the appointment. That Saturday I get a call saying that there was a problem with the insurance. We had been switched to something that they didnt take. So I promptly called and got all the insurance back to what it was. I called Lacamas back and talked to a very nice lady. Since our insurance wouldnt be switched back until the 1st of February the soonest we could get in was the 2nd. Great! I was happy. I get a call in the middle of the week before the appointment. Its confirmed! We will see your daughter on the 2nd. Awesome. Come Saturday they tell me theres something wrong with the insurance. I wasnt able to answer the phone so they called the father of the baby and tell him theres a problem with the insurance. He tells them that it will be changed TOMORROW. The lady says well its not changed now, so im going to have to cancel the appointment. My daughter is almost 3 months old and still hasnt been in for a check up. I am not happy with their service even a little bit. We will be going somewhere else. Never going back.

Went there with an irritated ear and left with a nasty ear infection that caused me to go to the emergency room. They flushed my ear so aggressively, my already sensitive ear developed a nasty ear infection a day later that left me with terrible pain and many hospital bills when Im without insurance. The practicer didnt even give me any after care instructions, just glanced at my ear and said it was fine. When i had to go urgent care again 3 days later, she told me that my ear must have been raw and the other doctor should have noticed. Nope. Just sent me on my way. I basically paid 125 dollars for the doctor to make my ear worse, so bad it caused facial swelling and a blood infection had I not gone to the ER. I dont think anyone here knows what they are doing. My friend went there in the past and they doubted what was going on with him and didnt help at all (or even call him back about blood work!) Maybe their family care is better (doubt it) but their urgent care sucks.

If I could give a million stars I would. Love this place. Everyone is friendly. In July 2015 I took my 4 year old daughter to an urgent care (Lacamas wasnt open yet) wont go in to too much detail, but basically was told my daughter seemed fine & to come back a few weeks later if her back was still hurting. I just didnt care for the Drs bedside manner, so I went to Lacamas & was seen by Scott Jonason. He looked at me, knew I was worried, didnt think I was a "crazy mom" and said we can run some tests. After an x-ray & ultrasound were done we went back to the office. Thats where Scott had to tell me the worst news ever....my 4 year old daughter had tumors on her spine and in her kidneys. He was so compassionate. HE saved my daughters life. He listened to me. I cannot say enough about this man and the staff. I will be forever grateful....

Very friendly clinic and best doctor Ive had. Besides being very sharp and knowledgeable, Dr. Ramzi has a high standard for treatment!! I went to see Dr.Ramzi for various reasons. Very productive doctors visit! After thorough examination and discussion, Dr.Ramzi recommended some treatment options as well as a very workable treatment plan. After my appt, I walked away feeling very confident that Dr Ramzi truly took the time to not just listen but "hear" what I was saying and would go the extra mile to make sure I was well cared for. He had patients right before and after my 20-min appointment (he was fully booked), and yet he made his patients feel that there is plenty of time to discuss anything!! Thank you Dr. Ramzi for being an excellent doctor!

My wife and kids and I have been going to LMG since they opened. Over the years they have taken care of us like we were a part of their family. These folks genuinely care about us and our well being. A while back my daughter would not swallow her food. To say my wife and I were scared would be an understatement. I called in, and they said bring her in immediately. They saw us right away. They worked with us to meet with several specialists to determine what we were up against. It turned out to not be cancer, but acid reflux. I dont know how we would have gotten through that time with the help of the folks at Lacamas Medical Group.

Our family has been with Lacamas Medical for more than a decade. The experience began with great service and has continued to grow with every visit. The providers take the time to listen, learn about our whole health, and remember us as family. They have checked on our continuing care during their personal time. They have stayed late when emergencies occurred. They volunteer in the community yet do not seek publicity. When one member in my family is being treated, they will often inquire as to the health of another person in the family. They genuinely care and deliver high-quality service with home-town style.

Every time I have gone to this practice, their nurses have been cold and unpleasant with my children. Their medical knowledge was poor, as when I asked questions, they were confused and had to go research what should have been basic questions. This was also true for the doctors, when I even saw them. They often have interns do the exam, and the interns were also ignorant about basic knowledge. For example, I asked the intern about how much Tylenol my infant should have. It took him 20 minutes to come back with an answer. I honestly have never had a good experience with them and I will not be going back.

Ive never left a review on a website but I felt the need to with this one. Went in here for a reason, Ive been having horrible stomach pain for 5 months now to the point where I cant sleep at night. After being finished telling the doctor this, I went to say another reason why my stomach hurts. She tells me "sorry I cant listen to you, urgent care is only 15 minutes and I have other customers" like my problem didnt mean anything to her, and then proceeded me out the door. WORST experience and service Ive ever had with a doctor, uncaring and rude. Will NEVER come here again.

Love Love Love this place My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Ramzi, he is getting us healthy, he will make you laugh while giving you a check up or make you feel better when you need it. He will dumb it down when you need it too. Not everyone went to medical school and he talks to you not at you. If you need to talk he is usually always available. AND THE BEST THING OFF ALL HE LISTENS! when was the last time your doctor actually listened to you? Go see him or any of the doctors there you wont be disappointed unless you dont like the truth!
