Fantastic experience! Very welcoming! Nice, new & modern facility with very friendly staff. Best things is, we were in and out quickly. No long waits like with other urgent care facilities. Everyone had a good sense of humor and made the visit pleasant. They even have a great coffee/hot cocoa/tea machine in the lobby! This is our new "go to" place for urgent care. (TIP: Closest after hours Pharmacy at Valley Medical is open until 2:00 am)

Provider cant even order anything above a basic X-ray or was unwilling to. Even though multicare has multiple imaging centers and the capability to provide those services. They stated they only handle low aquity cases. I wouldnt consider my problem life threatening. seemed like the provider just didnt want to be bothered with the extra paperwork. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this indigo clinic at all.

They were so nice and friendly tonight! I was seen by three wonderful women for chest pain. I came in 30 minutes til closing and they zoomed me straight to a room to be looked after. I had high anxiety over being there and they made sure to keep me calmed down. Very professional, sweet, caring and helpful. Thank you to Haley and the other staff who helped me with my anxiety and made sure I was in the best care:)

I went in on my lunch break with pink eye and was greeted at the door by the MA who checked me in and then was taken back to the exam room within 5 minutes The whole team was very professional and courteous. I was in and out with my prescription drops. It saved me a trip to my primarys office and love that its 5 minutes away from my job.

Very impressed with the staff and facility. Honestly, when I had made the decision to go to urgent care - I was dredding the experience as I drove there. Once I arrived, I was blown away by the curious staff, complementary coffee/tea and the incredible low wait time to be seen.

Amazingly Nice and helpful staff, and they definitely know what theyre doing, The whole process of checking in knowing whats going on with my knees and getting out took an hour and 15 minutes which is incredible for an urgent care
