I am sincerely disappointed. I feel like being white is frowned upon at this dentist. I thought maybe it was a coincidence that the first 2 times I came here we were treated like very unimportant people. Not only by the grumpy looking old lady at the counter but by the staff as well. After waiting today 45 mins past our appointment while several other people came in 20 mins past our appointment and were helped. When asked why we werent being helped all we got was the rolling of eyes. Never again should anyone feel like they are discriminated because of race. We were the only white people each time and each time we were put last. Not to mention they make sure you sign that paper that says if you are 15 mins late or more $50 is their charge. I want my $50 from them!!

They are professional and friendly. My grand kids love the staff and look forward to their appointments. The only semi complaint i would have is the waiting room. Of course its full of kids, but some parents do not "parent" their kids. I guess the only reason I say this is because a young toddler about 4 was banging on the fish tank, even after I explained to him that it hurts their ears twice. Not my place to tell others children what to do, so we moved to the furthest part of the waiting room. Other than that I love taking the kids there, they have a wonderful lobby for kids and the Dentists are so great with the kids. I wont take my grandkids anyplace else.

This office is a horrible place to take your kids to. Every 6 months i come here theres always someone new. The girls in the back seem un experienced. This place is completely un organized and a crazy mess. I remember little over 6 months ago there was this one staff member that that was really nice and helpful that had been working there for a while. Im no longer bringing my kids here.

coming to southcenter pediatric is fun my daughter because of the warm welcoming of the staff the service is great they are very professional the dentist is very kids friendly too i love bringing my daughter here there is no any other place i would rather take my daughter other than the southcenter pediatric dentistry.

GREAT experience with them. My son was not cooperating in the beginning. However, after tons of patience and gentle talks offered by the stuff and the doctor, they were able to clean and take care of his teeth. The stuff there are nice and friendly. The doctor, her name is Julia Richman, is absolutely wonderful!

I love the care we get here. Dr. Richman is warm and caring and totally understands my kids. The atmosphere in the waiting room is very child centered, the reception staff are friendly and accommodating, and the dental assistants are great with my kids. Thank you for great service.

Ive taken my 9 year old son to this dentistry office twice. The place is VERY child friendly, the staff and dentists are the best that I could hope for, and my son has no hesitation about returning. Thats about as good as it gets. Al Lamp

Nice office, the staff is really nice and was able to put up with my little rug rat well, Apparently they have wayyy more patience than me :) The dentist was great and was very fast, had us in and out in 15mins!

Very friendly staff. My son actually doesnt mind going to the dentist. They are very gentle and try to go at your childs pace. Also they are never crowded.
