After my lifetime dentist retired I went to a few different places & received dental treatments but wasnt fully satisfied. My sister and her son are a patient here with Pams office and she recommended I give them a try. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID! From the second I walked into the door, I felt very comfortable and the staff was more then friendly. Even when doing my new patient exam, every single staff member was very friendly regardless if they were helping me or not. So not only are the people great but the professional service I got was outstanding! I had a piece of my tooth fall off over a year ago and when I went to the dentist they just said it was cavity that I should get filled. When I saw Pam she actually showed me a photo of what my tooth looked like, and even let me take a photo of it! I had no idea how serious my tooth had been damaged and the long term effect, which Pam then explained to me in full detail with a diagram. No dentist had done this for me before and now that I have seen that I should have been going here the entire time. My insurance covers most of my work but the rest I was able to split into payments and pay at ease without breaking the bank, which was very very much appreciated. I am a HANDS DOWN ABSOLUTE ANIMAL LOVER. walking into the office and seeing the black lab (very very well mannered and stays behind the counter thats gated) made me so happy to see! & of course pet with permission. :) Its a warm and welcoming feeling walking into this office, I would highly recommend you give Pam and her awesome staff a try!

Dr. Pam has been my dentist for about 30 years. My "little girl" at the time had been intimidated by the other dentist we went to, way back when... she felt calm & safe with Dr. Pam, and is still her (adult) patient. Dr. Pam and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, informative, helpful and accessible. I trust the information they give; they do not try to sell unnecessary things, and they listen to my preferences. Years ago, she diagnosed that I needed a root canal, and referred me to a specialist. He doubted it... and a week later, after the throbbing interrupted my vacation, I returned and he confirmed that I did, indeed, need a root canal. I dont blame him; I appreciate his conservative approach. But she was right. They are friendly, too. I have even been a Facebook Friend to Dr. Pams dog, who keeps track of business behind the counter.

What a great staff! I have been a patient for many years and to think it started with a broken tooth - which they repaired with the greatest care. I was convinced from that auspicious first visit that my dental health, indeed my whole health is their focus. I feel I have developed a personal relationship with each person on Dr. Pams staff and that alone would keep me returning. But the professionalism, skill and technical knowledge each staff member demonstrates has helped keep my dental health at its very best. My "litmus paper" test - would I seek any of the staff out for their skill and care? Absolutely! The best part is I dont have to search. Ive known were to get the best care for years.

Ive been seeing Dr. Butterfield for 26 years. She and her staff have treated our family very well over the years. She has done great work on my many crowns and I have been pleased with the specialists she has referred me to. I really like my hygienist Melissa. She is thorough, but gentle. She noticed a problem with one of my front teeth at an early stage so that I was able to have it attended to before any complications caused an emergency. The front office staff are always friendly and take time to chat and then ask about how things are going with stuff we discussed on earlier visits. If you are looking for a great family or personal dentist I highly recommend Dr. Butterfield.

Thank you very much for the time and care you and your staff have provided me with. Believe it or not, I found you by going to the internet and looking for a new dentist that was close to work. This is not a recommended way to find a dentist but I can honestly say I wouldnt have found a better practice through a personal recommendation. I felt completely at ease with you and your staff from the very first visit, and can tell that you all genuinely care about your patients. I am excited to have found you and I am looking forward to being a long time patient...never thought Id say that to a dentist! Roberta P

Best dentist and supporting crew I have ever experienced. Explained everything to me that needed to be done. Showed me with a camera on the inside of my mouth and explained why certain things needed to be done. They have all really taken the time to meet my dental needs. Needed a cleaning and they got me in the next day because they had a cancellation. Immediately notified me via text. Very convenient. Excited to go back and continue to improve my dental heath. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Truly thankful. They all go above and beyond. I wish I would have found them sooner.

Pam is extremely nice and personable and also expertly knowledgeable. I was extremely comfortable especially after meeting her luckily after a terrible visit from another dentist where I had cried so hard I took the day off work. She was reassuring and great at explaining everything. More importantly she was honest and trustworthy right off the bat. Her staff is also just as nice and her practice has a comfortable environment. I have had nothing but positive experiences since I switched over and highly recommend her.

Good to see Dr Pam and all the ladies! Today is typical for Dr Pam...she rearranged her schedule to accommodate my inability to drive through the snow! I am so grateful! Sarah was her dental assistant today and her calm, confident manner helped me to endure the preparation for my new crowns. If you appreciate a sense of humor, as a part of dental treatment, this office under the leadership of Dr Pam, is the one to visit!

This team of dental professionals can be described, as very knowledgeable, advanced, friendly, providing a wonderful care to their patients. Everybody, starting from reception acts like one unit, no waiting, no pain, different options of treatment discussed, necessary referrals made, no problems with insurances. Office is very well computerized. I would recommend this team to you.

As always, I get the warmest service at Dr Butterfields practice. They worked tirelessly with great follow-up to get me in as soon as possible. Aging teeth on an OCD individual do not a calm patient make...was I entirely happy with what I heard? Uh, no. But they are genuine and make dental appts. FUN! Its true...
