I recently went to this place because I had a very itchy scalp and I was concerned. When the doctor(Edward) came in to the exam room, I told him my concerns and asked him to look at my scalp and also asked if I might have head loce, as I have never had them before and had no idea what to look for myself. He looked for less than 15 seconds and said that he didnt think I had lice, told me an over the counter shampoo, and sent me on my way. Well, a week later guess what? I did have licr, and have since spread it to everyone in my family, and a couple friends. I called their office because I was upset that I basically paid a ton of money to someone who didnt spend any real time checking me, and I wanted them to refund the appointment (because why in the world would I pay for something I didnt get, right) and I got a call back from a woman basically saying sorry that you want a refund but the doctor is always right and we refuse to refund you. She wouldnt even admit that he made a mistake. So here I am, out the money for the appointment AND out all the money I had to spend to buy everyone lice killing shampoo because that stuff is very expensive. Needless to say, I will not be returning here and advise everyone else reading this to never come here either. They are clearly not about real patient care, or this would never have happened. If it were my business I would have taken any measure necessary to rectify the situation instead of offering a curt sorry but were not sorry and doing nothing.

They only have two providers in the clinic، mean that you have to wait for more the 30 minutes at least.
