He saw someone close to me at Parkwest Longterm Care facility In Seattle, WA. He disregarded her primary care doctors orders outside of the facility and verbally abused her, calling this patient a trouble maker, saying she probably never finished high school and was an embarrassment to her family, because she did not agree with his assessment of her situation. He then watched as the care team picked her up by the ankles and wrist, throwing her onto the hospital bed, because they assumed she had fallen on the floor, when she was trying to clean her own feet. They would not listen to her at all. He also neglected to propose a plan of treatment for her infected wounds, which he and the rest of the staff blamed on her for having. He did not visit her room for months & left her in a state of misery and pain, putting in an order to reduce & taper pain medications.

This doctor came into my room at Park West about 10pm last night (Friday 8/11) he was very likely intoxicated, slurring his words, not making any sense, he was talking about the crime rate in San Francisco, then started talking about Cincinnati.. none of which had anything to do with my care. He asked if anyone had given me an injection since I arrived, I said what kind of injection? Cortisone. I said no and I do not trust the medical care here, they cant even take my blood pressure without major difficulties. He said, "Was it Addis? If Addis comes in here, dont let her touch you, just tell her to GET OUT!!" This doctor and Park West are begging for disciplinary actions!

I never was never able to actually meet DR Buttitta because of the incompetence of the font desk staff. Horrible people who dont know how to treat a customer. I called for a new patient appointment. Had to cancel. Was told that I needed to pay $50 to reschedule. I was ok with that since I missed the appointment even though I had an emergency. Every time I tried to schedule no one could help me except for Lori. She would give me the run around and never call me back or not be there at all. Please find another Internist. This ones staff is entitled. No CS.
