When I made my first appointment with him i walked in had no idea what to do the receptionists were no help. When he came into see me I had to wait over an hour he comes in and says "okay we will do the procedure it takes 6 minutes then youre done." it was maybe a 2 minute conversation. He told me that I need to make an appointment a few days before surgery so he can go over certain things. A few days before my surgery I made my appointment as told, he walks is says " do i know you? have i seen you before?" my response is yes. he says okay bring these papers with you to your surgery and you need to be at the hospital no later then 9am your surgery is at 11 do not eat for 24 hours before the surgery. So i do as told didnt eat and showed up at 9am. Once i got there the nurse came over and told me that i was not scheduled for 11am but 1pm and that i was early, and when they had asked me when i last ate i told them and they said no its 12 hours. I get the surgery done. I am told to make a follow up appointment with him so i do. The nurse at his clinic was eager to get me into see him. I come to my follow up appointment wait an hour to be seen he comes back and says " do i know you? have i worked with you before? whats going on with your recovery?" i tell him my concerns and all he says is "youre fine" i asked him if he was even going to check the area i had done and he said "No, everything is fine". He was in the room no longer than a minute. I was very upset with how i was treated the entire time and would not recommend this DR to ANYONE! He doesnt care about his patients at all or their concerns, it could be because i am on state but i was very unhappy going to his clinic and am beyond thankful i never have to go back again!!!!

As a Licensed Midwife, I am so grateful to be able to consult and/or transfer my patients into Dr. Baghdadi care when my patient needs a higher level of care. He is one of the few doctors in our region that supports the midwifery community and really cares about the famlies he serves. Last month my client had to have a cesarean at St. Joes because her son was in a funky position that we could not change at home. As a mother and midwife who knows the cost, both emotionally and physically of having this surgery- it was bittersweet to be in the operating room witnessing her story unfold. I am blessed that Dr. Baghdadi kindly took our home birth transfer and let this powerful mama continue to try other ways to birth her baby. I am grateful to the determined, gentle, kind nurses who made everyone feel welcomed. I am thankful that both Dr. Baghdadi and Dr. Wilkinson (anesthesiologist) allowed me into the OR. Not only did Dr. B give 2+min of delayed cord clamping, the clear screen helped the parents see their son emerge from his mothers womb and in under a minute be immediately placed on his mothers chest- skin to skin. St. Joes helped this family make lemonade out of lemons, Dr. Baghdadi supported his local midwife by taking my transfer. For me, watching a cesarean 11 years later after my own be so peaceful, gentle and family centered gave me a deep peace and trust in our birthing culture. Not every birth is perfect, but I feel like I saw such a gift. Thanks for allowing me to share

Absolute horrible experience...EVER. . I never saw Dr Baghdadi one time out of the 6 months I switched over I only saw the midwive WHO DOES HOME BIRTHS?? They care nothing about your Vbac success or your preference on anything so dont even ask the dr is a complete quack , and is actually pretty discriminatory towards the patients. Very rude will not sit down and take time to answer questions or concerns he could care less about you. Just complete awful experience they didnt even have my due date written down right. What makes matters worse after I had the csection I was sitting in the hospital bed with my baby and one of the St Joe nurses even said " he thinks he is a god and gods gift to women" hahaha I thought ya makes sense he has this holier than thou attitude and takes no time to actually care for patients god forbid you know he IS A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! Disgusted by this whole establishment. Dont let him fool you run as far as you can away from this place.

I had a life changing experience with Dr. Baghdadi. He helped me achieve my goal of an all-natural hospital VBAC last year. He was completely supportive, attentive and never once pushed any type of intervention on me, which is exactly what I was looking for. At the time he had an excellent midwife in his office which I truly appreciated because it brought a wholistic approach to my pregnancy. Dr. B met with me at every appointment and I was completely comfortable going into delivery with him. He was supportive of me having a doula and they worked very well together. The entire team at St. Joes supported all of my desires and I had a fantastic outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. B to any woman looking for an OB who will let her dictate her own outcomes and be there with 40+ years of experience to step in in case of the unexpected.

I came to Dr. Baghdadi after finding out my baby was breech at almost 39 weeks and an unsuccessful and very painful version attempt by another doctor. Scheduling was very easy, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I saw Dr. Baghdadi several days before my due date and he was able to schedule a version for later that evening. Im happy to say it was gentle, quick, and successful - a completely different experience than the first version attempt. I decided to switch hospitals and my provider to Dr. Baghdadi for the short remainder of my pregnancy, and had a beautiful water birth. I am so happy I found Dr. Baghdadi and made the switch. If it wasnt for him, I would have had to have a C section.

I wont be going back for my 2nd ultrasound. To start, My son couldnt be in the room with me which I didnt really like. On the phone Dr Baghdadi said a nurse would sit in the waiting room with him so my boyfriend could see the baby too. When we showed up the 3 receptionist were not friendly. I asked if one would sit with my son and they said yes. When I went in for the ultrasound no one came out to sit with him. So my boyfriend did not get to see our 2nd baby on the ultrasound. Afterwards they said we could go to a different room and see the baby. . . . You couldnt even see the baby on the screen. I was so excited for this ultrasound and it was completely ruined. Not a good experience for me.

Ive known Dr. Baghdadi for years. He delivered my brother 34 years ago and he also delivered both of my children in the last 6 years. When I was searching for a Doctor, my primary focus was choosing a physician that was highly skilled. I was not looking for someone to hold my hand or be an ear to talk to all the time (many people focus on that these days). I wanted a Doctor who, in an emergency situation or birth complication, was the MOST qualified Doctor out there and available to me. Thats what I got with Dr. Baghdadi.
