Dr. Shelley is a great surgeon. No problem with him. My wife had two cataract surgeries that had excellent results. The problem is his billing process. We received a bill in June of 2017 for a visit in June 2016. We are on Medicare with a supplemental insurance that covers our Medicare deductible and out of pocket expense. Spoke to Premera and they said they denied the doctors claim because they failed to submit the correct Medicare Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Premera told me to have them resubmit it and they would pay the claim. I told Dr. Shelleys billing person this. Now July 8, 2017 I get the same bill saying it is past due. It was never resubmitted to Premera. I do not need a ding on my credit because they will not bill insurance properly so they can receive the funds owed them.

Dr. Shelley is absolutely amazing. He has done two of our sons surgeries. We would never take our son anywhere else. He is truly an amazing doctor with a big heart. After surgery he even takes the time to call himself to make sure that your child is doing ok. Anytime we have been to Dr. Shelleys office, he has greeted us with a big smile and a big friendly hello. Our son loved going to his office everytime. My family and I highly highly recommend him, his staff and his office!

Dr.Peter Shelley saved my son from having eye surgery! Make the drive and see this wonderful Dr. He could teach a class on how to treat your little ones, Doctors take note. Excellent Doctor with real experience to back it up. Thank you Dr.Shelly!!!
