The only other experience I have with medical groups is Kaiser, and this place blows them out of the water. Usually when Id go to them Id have to fill out paper work every time and deal with all sorts of red tape. One Medical is so small and intimate I signed up online and they knew who I was when I showed up, all in the same day! Everyone is fantastically nice, very informative and they take pretty much all insurance, or you can pay out of pocket without any hassle. Not to mention they offer crazy services like acupuncture. I am quite relieved to be in good hands with competent people who like seem to enjoy where they work. Oh, and of course they have an app as well.

My first trip to the group on 24th st. was very satisfying. She listened closely, was helpful with advice, gave me the time I needed to explain myself and saw me on time. The office is well organized, the website helpful….SOOOOO different for Kaiser where it is like Grand Central station with lines a mile long. Great, helpful experience. I WILL be back. Thank you
