I dont have much of a review for Dr. Dillinger as I didnt get past the RUDE, OBNOXIOUS front desk "lady" named Suzanne. I called and explained what I and my family are looking for--and I called this office based off information I gained from my insurance carriers website--that the information given was incorrect is NOT my fault--but Suzanne certainly felt so and treated me like dirt--all for a simple inquiry phone call. Dr. Dillinger may be a great physician, but since hes stuck with a TERRIBLE first contact representative, I wonder just how many go somewhere else with a nasty woman to deal with such as that.

i am an in home care provider for an elderly client with a lot of pain issues. We have seen Dr Dillinger over the past 5 years and have been very impressed by his compassion, his knowledge, his professionalism, and his ability to help my client manage her pain without turning her into a zombie. She has a very complicated medical history, and comorbidities that make treating her pain difficult.

I thoroughly trust Dr. Dillinger in his ways of treatment. He is very understanding and compassionate in what you are dealing with. He used to be in private practice and was my MD over 20 years ago, so he understands all aspects of life. I am very sorry to see him retire, but wish him and Paula the best. They deserve a life outside of work.
