Going to Silver Lake Eye Care center is always a pleasant experience. The staff treat you great, and Dr. S knows her stuff. I feel very comfortable going to see her. I like her so much that Im willing to pay extra to see her, since she is no longer "in-network" for my insurance. Its worth it to me. Recently I had some lenses made by another doctors office, I have a very strong prescription. I was not feeling good with the new lenses, I felt dizzy all the time. I had the lenses looked at by SLECC and they told me that the lenses were made incorrectly. I went back to the other doctors office and they told me that they were made correctly. I chose to believe SLECC and had them make new lenses for me... wow, what a difference! I feel great with the new lenses, dont feel dizzy at all. They know what theyre doing, and yes I had to pay more for the lenses because theyre not part of my insurance network, but I feel great every day and its worth it to me.

I took my daughter here, the doctor was great and he was quick but when it came time to order her glasses the staff rushed us. We were told it would take up to 3weeks to receive the glasses. I called at 2weeks and they told me because of my insurance it would take longer and that they would call me, that it could take 6 weeks. I called agian at 4 weeks to check because my daughter kept telling me she needed them. Turns out the frames where discontinued and no one called us to inform us, I only found out because I called twice. More than a month later my daughter is waiting for her glasses that she needs. I am very displeased with how they handled this situation. They didnt follow up on her frames and who knows how long we would be waiting if I hadnt called. Very unprofessional.

My 8 year old daugher and I both had our annual eye appointments at SLECC last week. Immediately upon walking in the door, we were greeted by 2 employees behind the front desk with smiles. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative. With little to no wait, we were guided into the room to begin our exams. This was our first visit with Dr. Sofiya, and I would HIGHLY recommend her. My visit was quick and professional and Dr. Sofiya was sensitive to the fact that I did not take eye drops well. With my 8 year old daughter, she got on her level and really helped her not to be afraid of all the equipment and devices in the room. It was overall, the best eye visit we have had and I am happy to share our experience whenever I can. Thank you SLECC!!

I had a great experience at Silver Lake Eye Care Center. I called and was able to get in to see the doctor that day (extrememly convienent). The staff was very friendly and took care of me the moment I walked in. They explained my insurance coverage and got me into my exam immediately. After that was finished, I learned I needed glasses for the first time. They made me feel very comfortable and took all the time they needed to explain to me the whole process, showed me many lense and frame options and got me set up with a great looking pair of glasses. I cant imagine a better place to go for this kind of service. I could not recommend it more.

I just had my first experience personally at Silver Lake Eye Care Center. I had previously brought my children here and was impressed by how knowledgeable and kind Dr. Sundholm and all of the staff were. My experience was no different. I felt that Dr. Sundholm was very thorough with my examination and explained everything to me very well. Additionally, the staff was very patient with me during the process of picking out eyeglass frames. I will continue to trust my familys eye care to Silver Lake Eye Care Center and would highly recommend them.
