I had to change my doctor. This office gives horrible service. The office staff does not know what they are doing. All they care about it selling supplements to patients. Doctor sits on the report and does not call the patient. When I asked the office why doctor did not called me? They answered we already told the doctor is not calling you , its his fault not ours. This is a really bad medical office. I will never ever recommend him to any one. They dont care about patients life.

If you appreciate your time, DONT come in to see this Dr. The Staff here is rude, inefficient and dont know what they are doing. They had me holding for ever, just for a referral after calling them a million times. They kept on saying that they are short on staff and that they need to deal with their patients that are in the clinic first, when it was their mistake and referred an HMO patient to a none network chiropractor.

Consistent inability to acknowledge and process prescription renewal requests faxed in from pharmacy. Current situation is 8 faxes unanswered and more than a week waiting to have prescription filled due to the delay. This is not a singular occurrence, previous issues have taken numerous phone calls from myself to both pharmacy and Dr office to resolve.

Horrible Experience with the front desk staff and the manager who threaten me and my mom. I asked her question about my mom health plan and they tried to lied and make my mom pay out of pockets when their system said active... then the manager say "your mom is still going here!" WTF that supposed to mean??? WoW and hang up in my face.

I didnt realize this was a holistic practice. Doctor will try to sell you his own brand of vitamins. If you are looking for a straight up prescription, go somewhere else.
