I have taken my family here for a couple years. I dont feel like family! I was sent out notice to deny treatment due to non-compliance of treatment. The only thing I had not wanted for my family was high doses of Fluoride treatment. Fluoride toothpaste O.K., but my own research & personal belief not accepted or listened to as a personal family belief & choice. I feel discriminated against due to my own personal belief structure. This makes me feel sad that I thought, Dr. Kirill Smirnoff obviously having a definite kind of belief structure because he speaks a different language, that Im sure he wouldnt want judged or discriminated against due to being different than mine (Which I would never do & why this hurts so much to be treated this way). What ever happened to the patient is always right when they have a belief structure that prevents certain types of care??? The last time in, after expressing several times & in treatment file No Fluoride. I have felt pressured over my time at Adroit except by Dr. Stephanie Rose (Who is only there as fill in, not part of their team). Also, the last exam after my childs cleaning, was only a glance not a full exam ... I thought odd since the Doctor said he saw nothing visually but he was so concerned because I wont Fluoridate. Sadly seems more concerned about his own personal beliefs than the individual needs of the patient for a tress-free individual experience. Im very sad, I never expected this. Dr. Smirnoff is the most kind, considerate and skilled Dentist! You’ll believe me after hearing my story. I was immensely afraid to get my wisdom teeth pulled, I had to have 4 taken out at once! I am a wimp when it comes to Dentists but since I am not good at upkeep, I absolutely needed to get this done. In addition, I was on maternity leave and wanted to avoid taking time off for surgery/recovery. I know Dr. Smirnoff for a long time and he was the only one I could trust for this procedure. Dr. Smirnoff is certified in IV sedation and this was another reason he was the right choice for me. He re-assured me at every step of the process, before the sedation and afterwards. I went to sleep, woke up and it was all done. The next day Dr. Smirnoff called me to find out how I was feeling. It was a painless experience, with only minor post operative swelling and fast recovery time. I didn’t even need to take any pain medication. Dr. Smirnoff is a very knowledgeable doctor in all respects and I always seek and appreciate his advice. He cares about his patients like we’re family. I highly recommend Dr. Smirnoff and Adroit Dental to everyone!

Will never go this dentist again. Went in for a simple, 5-minute conversation confirming that he did sedation dentistry. Saw a continuous-loop video of him in the waiting room doing community service activities, smiling throughout. However, upon meeting him, he was abrupt and irritated at having his time taken up, asking me if Id made my purpose for this appointment clear to his secretary (which I did repeatedly), told me I would need a crown (without doing an exam), and his office then billed my insurance for a well visit after he never looked in my mouth (though advising that I needed a crown). Have seen been to another dentist since then that advised I wait to see if the nerve was just irritated, which, in fact, was the case. Had I gone ahead with a further appt with Dr.Smirnoff, I would have been given an unnecessary crown.

My mother received the worse service possible!!! She had her abutment screw fall out after complaining of horrible pain and having major difficulty eating and the Dentist refused to put it back in and dismissed her as a patient for absurd reasons. It a long story but the short end of it I have NEVER in my life seen someone treat a patient as horrible as he did- when she voiced her concerns or asked questions he would say "who is the dentist you or me? You act like you know more about my job than I do." Very unprofessional He is being reported for his behavior and lack of treatment and care. Just be aware, if you get your dental work done there and have any concerns you will have to go through hell. This post doesnt even deserve a star

Over the years I have had several less than pleasant dental experiences and have avoided going to the dentist out of fear. NOT anymore! Thanks to my wife, she found Adroit dental and Ive never been happier. The staff are warm, friendly, inviting and informative. They were able to fit me in right away and even have Saturday appointments available. Every question I had they answered with a smile. Dr. Smirnoff is incredibly knowledgeable and took his time explaining my options while recommending what he thought was best. I appreciate what they have done to improve my dental health. I look forward to having all my dental work completed at Adroit Family Dental!

Thank you to Adroit Family Dental for your friendly and easy going atmosphere. Dr. Smirnoff and staff are very knowledgeable, yet, down to earth and caring. The also office has very warm feel to it. All around well-chosen decorations, paint, and furniture. Very cozy! I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

The doctor was quite helpful and provided an emergency exam with twelve hours notice when I broke a tooth. I was not even his regular patient; my dentist was on vacation and Dr. Smirnoff took my case. His office is charming, clean, classy, and relaxing.
