I did not have to wait at all, and saw the Dr. immediately. However, the problem I came in for, pain in my leg caused by cellulitis, diagnosed by the ER Dr., was not addressed. The Dr. I saw heard about it, but focused on my weight, and medical procedures I had not had. The issue was not fixed. I went in for leg pain and came out with the advice to continue taking Advil. I paid for what I was already doing. That didnt do me any good at all. I wasnt asking for pain medication, I was asking for antibiotics for cellulitis.

I went to this clinic over the years as a teenager and an adult, when I was in high school I shredded my knee(swelled up like a basketball) & had a fully torn ACL -the doctor here hardly looked at me and told me to ibuprofen and ice, only years later a Kaiser pcp ordered imaging, figured it out, and had it repaired. by that time I had shredded my meniscus too from a loose knee for years. did not have good doctoring from this clinic.

I recently was in the hospital and was told to find a primary Doctor, I searched the PDX area and found NW Primary Care -- Talbert Clinic. I made an appointment with Dr. Wilson and could not be more please with the care I have received or the communications from their office. The nurse, Stephanie is top shelf very attentive and seems to genuinely care as she asks questions waits, listens and responds to the answers.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes just to get my depo shot. When they finally called me back they had my charts wrong and I didnt even get my shot. The nurse was extremely rude and so was the receptionist. Changing offices.

Dried blood all over my exam table... Not going back. Ive worked at 24hr veterinary clinics with better hygiene than that... Also, not a place to go if youre hypothyroid.
