I have actually been going to Dr Kraft for many years. I owed them money. I lost my job and my home. I let them know this and as soon as I got money I called. They had sent me to collections just a couple weeks before that. I totally understood this. But I asked since they wont let me see the Dr again until its paid off if they would fill my life-saving prescriptions with the one more time so I wouldnt run out as I paid bill off. They would not. So after Dr Kraft was my Dr after 15 years and they will not simply make sure I have the meds I need to live. I am so disappointed in this practice age a decade and a half with them.

My fiance was suffering from severe pancreatitis, and spent 7 days in the hospital for the pain and anguish associated with her symptoms. We were told by the hospital dr to go to her primary care physician to recieve follow up pain management care. We went tl Dr crafts expecting to carry out our Drs orders, to recieve the worst treatment from a dr than I have ever before witnessed. She acted as though my fiance was not in pain, and essentially slapped us in the face.

My insurance lapses in MAy, so in June I reapplied , and because I was laid off thought it best to get a doctor close to where we live. I chose Dr. Kraft as she was local, and most importantly not a man. I stopped by for a walk in and the gals that work at the desk were really rude to me as well and said, by the way, the doctor doesnt prescribe pain medication, so................ Needless to say, I found another doctor. My advice, choose another doctor!

Didnt even get to see her. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. The first thing the receptionist tells you is if you are on OR AT SOME POINT MAY NEED either anti-depressants or pain meds, she WILL NOT TAKE YOU. I just love being judged or lumped into some category by someone who has never met me. In case I may ever need any medication, I better look elsewhere. I wonder if this is even in compliance with the Insurance Commissioner?

I was appalled by the disregard for patient care. Theyre receptionist are very rude, they do not confirm and communicate effectively with their patients as Ive experience several times. For a family practice I STRONGLY suggest going elsewhere. As a new mom, Id add especially with children! If I could I would literally rate them a ZERO.

Ive been trying for weeks to get a appointment with them so they can refill my birth control prescription, and they are never available! !! Phone line always busy, and their lunch is from 12-2:30 so I cant even get a hold of anyone. I just made a appointment with a different doctor.
