Absolutely the worst Health care company I have ever dealt with. I dont know if they are just to big and therefore able to shuffle everyone around and hide behind anonymity, or if they are just inept. I think it is both. I was happy working with NARA and Dr. H but OHP decided I needed Kaiser and I have not had one good experience since that switch. 9 days ago I went to my first appt.and met my primary care doctor. The whole point of my appt. was to see a dermatologist. I was told that I could call for the appt in 24hrs. I waited 48hrs and called. I was told that my referral was pending and to give it another couple of days. 3 days later I called and was told this time that OHP was holding up my referral and to contact them. After waiting for an hour on hold I was told that they approved my referral days ago and that it was Kaiser who would be the ones holding it up.! Today I called and was told it was still in "pending" status, and to call OHP. I laughed at the insanity of this meat market health insurance. They are supposed to be calling me back before the end of the business day. That was 90 mins ago. Its 5pm now, shocking!

My doctor here was definitely determined to get me to show up for unneeded appointments, just to cash in on me as much as possible. I showed up for one thing, and the dr said she couldnt handle what I showed up, and needed to refer me out to a psychiatrist, but that I would need to come 2-3 more times just to get the referral. Which I can say is not normal. Then she said she needed to run an MRI for spots in my vision (Im 25) that started when I got a birth control shot, and then changed her mind and said I needed to see ophthalmology.....when I wear contacts and get my eyes checked regularly. So I went to see a different dr, who took care of the issue, and it has nothing to do with my eyes. So based on the fact that I saw another person complain about the same exact thing, I would just rather die on my couch than to be "helped" by a dr here. Ill end up dying anyways because they McDreamy me, and are more concerned about their wallet than helping me. (Greys anatomy reference where the Drs let Patrick Dempseys character die because they were too stupid to give him an MRI.)

I have Dr. Oren, she is kind, and listens to me, she is compassionate and I feel she cares for her pts, even though she has cold hand lol but they dont bother me, it keeps the hot flashes away. Kaiser, you need to hold on to this Doctor

Impossible to scedule a doctors appointment. I give my info they put me on hold to check for appointments then someone else picks up and we start over. Ive talked to 9 people without being able to actually make an appointment.

Prepare to have your tests put off until the last possible second. Im still waiting on test results after three days when other offices will have them in 24 to 48 hours...

They were super helpful, and I came in at 6:53 and they closed at 7pm. I got all my meds and had a consult with the pharmacist and was out the door by 7:01. Thank you!
