I really dont understand the negative reviews on this site. I was tempted to give this clinic four stars because that might be more believable for skeptics, but that just wouldnt be fair. I have had about two dozen appointments at this clinic. For a small number of them I had to wait a bit longer than I felt was right, but all the others were right on time. Im impressed with the quality of care Ive gotten here, with some of the nurses and doctors being nothing short of outstanding. All nurses and doctors Ive met at this clinic have been conscientious and pleasant. My former experiences with medical providers was in another state and involved a clinic I regard as a bit more old fashioned. I had a strong personal relationship with my primary doc there. That isnt the PMG model, so I have had to adjust. The PMG model involves my meeting way more caregivers, each with a specialty. Ive learned to respect this way of doing health care. My old clinic gave me a friend who was a good doctor, but he couldnt supply all the care I get now.

I have been with providence since I was born; nothing but amazing physicians that work as hard as humanly possible to achieve great health. I have been to Portland Prov. and moved to clackamas and have been with care team a for over 10 years now and have never had to wait longer than normal (its a doctors office, they can only go as fast as they can). My conditions were taken care of immediately! They offer as many different options as they can; never have I ever had a negative experience. What I love the most, is if my care team is booked they get me in with someone else and they too act as if theyve known me. I have always been treated with the up most respect. I truly leave feeling that I am being taken care of! Thank you so much Providence.

Ive had two different PCP from this office and both have been extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Doctor Lubkin ignored all of my problems and talked down to me the entire time. Doctor Cha is no better, she leaves the appointment under claims that she just has to do something real quick and then doesnt return. This stops me from being able to discuss all of my concerns and makes me have to schedule another appointment. I changed to a different office entirely because of how frustrating those doctors are.

My Husband was seen by CURTIS R. THIESSEN...such an BAD EXPERIENCE! He was rude and didnt let us explain everything. My Husband got hurt at work and didnt see a doctor for 2 weeks because we have an 7 month year old baby boy, and he has to bring in money home for us. My mom had been here and same as her bad experience. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Im a patient of Dr Hadee. He was recommended to me thru another doctor at the NE office. I did google Dr Hadee & found many praises online but personally hes just an ok doctor. He didnt spend much time with us and its really hard to book him. I had to see other doctors who sub for him and they were better & care much more than him.

I have been sitting in occ health for almost 45 minutes with nobody ahead of me. Apparently they dont actually staff anyone but pull people when they get bored. The waiting room is now full of angry people. This company has zero respect for its customers.

The level of incompetence of the office staff is astounding.. It takes days to get a message to a dr. in the office. communication is nonexistent there. Missed referrals, prescriptions not handled properly. overall unskilled staff,

Worst service ever! I called to make an appointment, selected the programmed physicians line. Then told I wasnt able to be helped! She even seemed happy that i was dissatisfied, I recommend to stay away!

My doctor is at this Clinic and he is a very good Doctor. We have seen other doctors here as well for my family and I think this a really good place to go when you need help.

These people make the DMV look good, waited over 85 minutes and their being under staffed almost cost me my job offer because the sample had to be scanned by 5:00pm.
