I became a new patient here, went in, did my labs, and was told to come back in 3 months for my next one. Im diabetic, so Im on a 3-6 month schedule, which is standard. About a month after my initial appointment, I get a phone call telling me that unless I make a second appointment immediately, they are going to refuse to fill any of my insulin prescriptions. If you need me to come back earlier than we initially discussed, fine, just let me know and Ill come back early. But using my insulin as leverage to get me to do that, out of the blue without any advance warning? Thats absolutely unethical. Im pretty sure it breaks some laws too. In 20+ years of being diabetic, Ive never had a doctor refuse to fill an insulin prescription (Ill die without it) or seen behavior like this.

The most messed up billing system, hands down, EVER! I have been trying for nearly a year to correct an error on their billing. The care was marginal, my records were not read, my labs told a clear story of Celiac, no one read the documents, and I suffered badly, and lost my job due to my ongoing illness. If you have been there, really pay attention to your bill.
