Ive lived in Seattle for three years now, and Ive bounced around from one doctor to another before finding Dr.Terrill Harrington. At all the other practices I went to, it would be weeks before I could get an appointment, the staff would be rude, and I would have to wait for long periods of time before seeing anyone. When I called My Family Doctor to make an appointment for a bronchial infection they got me in two days later. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the Dr was very knowledgeable and actually gave me an examination after talking with me about what i did for a living, what I was interested in etc which was refreshing. I only spent about 30 min there.

Dr. Harrington supposedly prides himself on contacting his patients directly with bloodwork results, etc. Well, after a Monday appointment, I was supposed to receive a call from Dr. Harrington 2 days later (WED) with my results. No call came. I called the office admin (who seem to always be at lunch) on Friday, no return call. I called 3 separate times, leaving messages each time (since no one picks up the phone) to get my bloodwork. No call backs. After 3 weeks! I finally got someone to pick up the damn phone and they had a nurse tell me my bloodwork looked fine. No detail, no comments, just "fine". I will never patronize this doctors office again.

I have had several excellent experiences with Dr. Harrington. Each time I visited the after-hours clinic, there was minimal wait, the receptionist/nurse was extremely kind, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Harrington didnt seem rushed when he was spending time with me. He was able to offer me a quick and knowledgeable diagnosis, some inexpensive solutions, and even offered a complimentary follow up visit if I wasnt better in a week. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Harrington for providing his services in such a reasonable and friendly manner. Even his price to be seen is extremely reasonable. I absolutely recommend him.

DONT GO HERE. Hes a whack. After making us wait for an hour for him, he took less than 10 minutes to look at my husband and was in a hurry to rush out because it was "their lunch time". After 2 days taking the anti-biotic and not feeling any better, my husband went to polyclinic and found out that he not only diagnosed his conditions incorrectly, he also prescribed the wrong drug. He said it was strep throat. Turn out it was sinus infection. My husbands nurse later pointed out that the medication he prescribed was not even for strep throat. How such incompetent doctor get to open a clinic and stay there this long?

For the past seven years, Ive had recurring, small blood clots in my urine. Ive gone to several doctors who gave me bad advice, but after switching to Dr. Harrington and getting the correct tests done, I found a growth in my bladder. While I still have a challenging road ahead, I feel like the worst is behind me, now that I know what my problem is. Dr. Harrington has referred me to a great urologist, and I feel ready to tackle this life-changing threat.

Dr. Harrington is a great doctor. Hes compassionate, knowledgeable and takes time with you to answer any questions you have and to explain things properly. In an age of the massive multi clinics where were all treated like sheep, Dr. Harrington and his clinic is a welcome change to address your healthcare needs. I highly recommend him and his clinic.

I had a great experience at Dr. Harringtons after hours clinic. There was no wait and he was extremely kind and courteous and actually took the time to give a proper examination. The woman at the front desk was also very warm and charming. I will definitely be back!
