Working with the patients was very good. On the other hand however, the staff at the Wilmington office are terrible, rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I work with them before and I tried to come back as an employee and they treated me like garbage. When I had told Ms. Kiyaya Pickett about the situation she acted as if she didnt care at all. I reached out to her to let her know that Ill overlook their unprofessionalism and rudeness and she didnt even respond back. Word of advice if you are a CNA LPN OR ETC DO NOT APPLY HERE FOR A JOB VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The absolute worst home health agency I have ever had the DIS pleasure of dealing with. They are lazy and understaffed. Anytime we needed the on call nurse they would tell us that they were too busy and that we should just go to the ER because they did not have time to come help my mother. They are a terrible agency!!! My mothers services were cut off twice without any notice. If you want good service I would not recommend Well Care. I wish it was possible to give them zero stars, but I guess one will have to do.

These guys couldnt organize a one car funeral. My services were cut off without notice twice. It took them two weeks to get a badly needed hospital bed delivered. The workers who came to our home are capable but their boss should be fired. There are better companies to deal with in the area. Ask your doctor to not use this company.

Well Care is by far the best Home Health agency in the area. Friendly and helpful staff all the way around from the receptionist to the therapist. Keep up the great work Well Care!

WellCare does not try to rehilabilitate! Try to get patients out of therapy as soon as possible because they dont have the equipment. Probably gets kick back from Medicare.

Well care is a good company to work for. They find problems and solutions to fix it. Communication is key and the willingness to be flexible is a must!

All about money, huge turnover, no respect for staff. Nurses know best. Just ask them. Oh and family members rating Daddys company doesnt count.
