My grandmother was here for awhile after she broke her arm and required assistance. It was dreadful. There were simple maintenance things which needed to be addressed in her room, which they were aware of, and no one did it. My dad actually fixed one of them while visiting her! I felt the staff was poorly managed, aside from one of the physical therapy ladies who was a gem and my grandma loved. They always seemed rushed and bothered by everything, and I really grew tired of hearing them loudly complain about their lousy pay and working conditions. Seriously, they complained more than a McDonalds employee. Im genuinely sorry it sucks, but dont take up the hallway with your circle of whining staff! Not every employee was like that of course, but way too many were. Place smelled worse than the other two nursing/rehab service facilities I have visited in Chambersburg. The poor receptionist sitting just inside the entrance was freezing, and she even had a space heater. That entry room was like a morgue level of cold, I felt so bad for her. This is a last resort place!

Unfortunately this company is not up to standard there is no control over employees does not meet the federal standards of the BBB lack of discipline from head supervisor of this company I would not recommend applying for manor care in chambersburg very un professional I have a couple of employees that currently work there disrespect for others when it should be a safe and well respected environment and business oriented

The home is dirty and not enough help, The food is horrible.
