Dr. Esther Clayton she is very nice..... Nice does the trick for some, however doesnt know what she is doing! I was a new patient with her. From the beginning when she came in the room started talking about everything from how many kids I have to if i was going to school. Mind you she asked me like 3 times how old my girls were. She seemed very nice. Although I didnt feel comfortable with her. From the desk assistance to the nurse. The nurse seemed to run the place and keep it together every two minutes the front desk clerks asked her a question because they didnt know what they were doing. All I wanted to do is have my mirena taken out and reinserted is this to hard to ask for from a gynecologist? The thing that stuck out was, she sent me off to "TRY" to do her dirty work. Knowing that I cant and couldnt ever get it the mirena that is. Who in their right mind would give a patient that when they couldnt insert that themselves. Well needless to say my husband (a Physicians assistant.) just stick it out because it was at my 5 years and it was going to take a long time to get another appointment..... Well today the office called me and said well we cant get the mirena because your insurance does something called buy and then bill the insurance. The office of course does not do that. I was ever so glad to hear that because I didnt feel comfortable with that office at all. I had another appointment set up for my pap and I told them to cancel that too. The lady on the phone was like why. I was like Im not going to two difference offices to get stuff done. DO not GO to this office. Just wanted to let everyone know my experience with this office. I usually dont write reviews however this is the worst experience ive had EVER.

I went to this office to have a routine PAP done, and followed up for another appointment the following week to have an IUD inserted. I waited about an hour before my appointment each time, and both times the nurse was having trouble with inputting my information into the system, which took even longer to sort out. Why they would need to do this twice in two weeks is confusing, but not the end of the world. Finally, I had the IUD put in... which was excruciating. I warned both the doctor and the nurse that I have a history of fainting spells, and they brushed it off... rushing me out of the office. I was able to walk to the front desk, but had to sit on the floor and told the nurse again that I was fading. She said, "we dont like fainters" and continued to try and hand me my paperwork to get me out of the office. I was able to make it to the door before stumbling and falling on the ground outside. Luckily there was a woman there who sweetly offered me some help... but I had to have my husband come and pick me up. I was horrified by their lack of patient care. I will be scheduling my follow-up appointment with another office.

Its very hard to talk to their staff to be specific the people who sets your apt. They called me endlessly since Dec 30th about my appointment. Then called me again Jan 2 about information the lady called 4 times and its very annoying. The next day another person called and ask the same info, that is when I had enough I called my insurance to cancel the referral and called Dr. Claytons office to cancel my appointment, I canceled it on the website as well , come today I received a notice on my cellphone that I have an appointment with her on Jan 9 at 3pm. I called again to make sure its canceled. This prompt me to write this review because if they tell me on Jan 9th that I have an appointment at 3pm and decides to charge me because I didnt go this is the only proof I have and the phone logs that I have. This is such a mess and I havent met the the doctor yet.

I am so very Confused by some of the reviews! The office staff front administration, RN, ultrasound tech, and Dr Clayton was and is amazing, nice, polite. And has treated me like I was their number 1 patient. When I had my ultrasound to check to make sure I didnt have any cyst. I had to wait to see Dr Clayton. I was very scared waiting to speak to her. That is the only bad thing I can say. Is I waited an hour and a half. But I can say I understand because I wasnt suppose to see her that day at all! But to be told I was pregnant. I would have waited and waited for that news. I thought my baby days were over! I always hoped and prayed for atleast one more child! And well Im on my way to having a healthy baby blessing. All thanks to Dr Clayton and my family Dr Lang!

The office people are rude and kept missing up my info, a lot of times I would not get calls back, my prescriptions were not called in, they keep messing up my Ins,, even though I have been going there a year. Several times I thought of not going back, but its hard for me to change Drs but, this last time did it for me. Dr, Clayton us nice but always seems preoccupied, and tells me she is going to discuss a problem with me that Im having or a concern, then doesnt. Or tells me will discuss it next time and doesnt remember we were and dosent have it in my chart that we were going to. It didnt seem that I and my medical issues were important to the doctor and r specially the staff.

I saw dr. Clayton with an important issue i had. She took care of it with a hysterectomy wich was long due. 2 weeks after surgery i had a infection wich she passed me off to a urogelist. After goin through pure hell for almost 2 years i found the best gynecologist and within 5 min of speaking to her she set me up for surgeory. And here i am living my life again. Dont get me wrong dr. Clayton did rite by me as far as the hysterectomy but pushed me away.

Dr. Clayton has been my gynecologist for over 2 years now and I wouldnt change anything. Her office staff is always so caring and always treat me like family. Dr. Clayton and her entire office staff make an otherwise uncomfortable and un-enjoyable experience not only tolerable but, dare I say, as close to "enjoyable" as you can get going to the gyno. Dr. Clayton herself has always been caring and really takes her time. I wont go anywhere else.

Dr. Clayton is very nice and she does seem educated, but she rushes you out the minute you step in. The medical assistants are very nice but the office receptionists are seriously lacking politeness! Grow up! Also, I was in contact with their billing office about incorrect lab codes. Apparently this is the norm for that office, so beware, and watch your bills or youll be charged for procedures and care you did not receive... very shady.

Very nice as a human being. Unprofessional in every other way - you know, like the stuff that matters... Had problems with my IUD, she said "no, its in, no problems". Well. 2 months later and another doctor... IUD was positioned incorrectly, which to my understanding could lead to its embedding, perforation of the uterus, increased risk of pregnancy. Will not go there again.
