Worst experience at a labcorp yet! I scheduled an appointment weeks out, I got to the location on time and signed in and waited for 40mins with my two children under 5yrs. The apt was for my baby who was increasingly getting agitated. I tried to keep her quiet and calm as we waited patiently but obviously a 1yr old is not going to want to sit in my lap for a very long period of time after it had been 40 minutes without a single acknowledgement from them at all, they called someone back to be checked in and stated the time of their appointment which was 15minutes later than my childs apt. So I approached the front desk with my little one and stood to wait and check how long it would be. The person completely ignored my presence for about 5 minutes. At that point I sat back down, but decided to leave because my children couldnt sit anymore and the staff didnt seem to care at all.

I waited almost TWO hours to have a blood lab work done. That got to be a record of some sort. There were about 10 people waiting when I entered. I saw three staff working inside. That means it took one staff about 30 min to handle one lab work....
