The one professional guy there we are told. Has a new position somewhere else, today they have 1 person to perform lab work and they are clearing printer jams and talking about going to get levis chicken and collard greens took 30 minutes to process paperwork for 1 person since I arrived, the new person seems to have an kirtness in her responses and dome patients just left, Quest you must do far better than this.

On a recent visit some of the staff wore head rags and not performing duties in a professional manner. The crude and rough manner in which I was treated showed either a lack of supervision by a physician or lab manager. Lab Technicians must be courteous, tactful, and diplomatic in dealing with the public. He or she should be courteous and polite under all circumstances.

A horrific experience. Failed to wash their hands between patients. Did not change their gloves between patients. Horribly slow for no particular reason. Long, long wait times even if you have an appointment. Rude staff and not professional at all. They must pick the dregs of society to work in this place. Avoid at all costs. The County should shut it down.

I went in on a Saturday morning. It was a busy morning. Staff was friendly and the person that drew my blood was great. The report was on my doctors desk Monday morning. I was impressed.
