Had a great experience the phlebotomist Yvette was very kind , knowledgeable , and personable my whole time at this center. She greeted all of the patients with a smile. She made me feel at ease during my stay. Her work area was clean and organized and she took her time during the process. I actually look forward to the next time I have to get blood drawn instead of my normal anxious mood. Thanks Yvette if you ever read this and LabCorp you have a good phlebotimist at this Rolling Crossroads location. Well done.

I was inside this suite for a grand total of 16 minutes. In that time I signed in, filled out a form, had my ID and insurance card scanned, put my credit card on file, completed a urine test and a blood test then filled out a satisfaction survey. People - make an appointment. You can do it right on the website, same day. If you do your part, this place will be a well oiled machine.

Wonderful timely service!!! Im horrible with needles, especially when it takes a bunch of pricks to find my vein, HOWEVER she found my vein on the FIRST PRICK and i barely even felt it!!! This is my new place for lab work!!! Parking is a breeze Finding the location was a little tough for me but FYI 4West is the building right across from 4East :-)

The staff members were very friendly, polite & patient despite the number of people in the waiting room on a Saturday morning. From the time i arrived, every patient was treated with respect and kindness, down to the very last person. Much appreciated!

I was there twice. Once very early in the morning and once very late like around 3:50pm. The process was not that slow both times. Even though I was there close to their closing time, they didnt make me look bad or feel bad.

Please do not go to this location! The person that drew my blood clearly didnt know what he was doing. He was very aggressive when putting the needle in and scraped my arm with the needle while pulling it out.

Assistant did not listen to me when I told her to mail me the results even though I told her twice. Now I have to spend more time getting results from my blood test.

Very Very Very Very Slow. 2 people in front of me when I walked in the door. Took 45 minutes to do lab work.
