Cram packed, took them until 11:30 to start calling names. Office is set up poorly, they have seats on opposite sides of the room but the window is only on one side of the room. You could not hear when your name was called. When I asked the lady to talk louder she refused. I will not return here, the offices in Laurel are much better.

Ive been here two times and each time had a good experience. The receptionist and staff are all friendly and helpful. I have to have my blood drawn from my hand and the Phlebotomist knew what she was doing--no bruising afterwards.

Completely unprofessional staff, left a 1 year old in the room bleeding when they tried to get his blood and failed, without saying a word, leaving us scratching our heads and tending to his wounds.

Even with a scheduled appointment, I waited 30-40 mins after appointment time to get blood drawn. Apart from that, phlebotomist knew what she was doing and process was smooth.
