Awful, awful, awful. If I could give -1 stars, I would. After the initial interaction with the front desk person, who was pleasant but not knowledgeable, the manger/person running the office, came out and fought with me about taking my 3 year old sons tracheostomy sputum sample. First she was nasty and mean with a scowl on her face. Second she said that they didnt have the order from his pediatrician, which they lost. Instead of leaving I called his pediatrician and waited while she re-faxed it. Once they received it, the nasty woman said she wouldnt take it because I didnt have his insurance cards. After telling her that I had the policy numbers (all three) on my phone and could give them to her, she insisted that she needed the cards to take a copy. I told her that was inaccurate and she then had to call her supervisor, saying in front of me, "Its to early in the morning to deal with this. I dont want anyone saying I was rude." After discussing with the supervisor my sons insurance information, all was well...40 minutes later, I was out of there. Then a week later, I got a call from my sons pediatrician. Come to find out, after having to hunt down what happened to his viral panel, come to find out, the folks at LabCorp just threw it away because it "wasnt in the right medium". Keep in mind, I am a parent, not a doctor, so how would I put it in a medium and second, I used a specimen container that Childrens Hospital gave to us.They just THREW IT AWAY. They didnt call the pediatrician, or me, just tossed it in the trash. This can be so dangerous, especially when my medically fragile child needed his sputum analyzed. This is highly concerning and problematic. Do not go there for anything.

Very bad service at my first visiting: not accepting a drop off of the stool package. On Wednesday morning, by 10:15 am, I wanted to drop off the stool test pkg for a disability elder. There were 2 ladies: one was trained and other was main technician. The trained one very nice to smile at me, but she did not know where and how to receive my specimen package. So she asked the other, and this one just looked at my package saying that, "this is not the right package, what is the big jar?", I responded that was what the doctor gave. Then, she said "this is not the good stool." I responded that was early morning. She continued "these tubes are not the right ones." She asked to go home and make a new one. I asked if I could just transfer from mine to her new tubes in the restroom. She said "no, you have to do at home". I told her that "the disability elder has just done this early morning, could you help?" She stated that "you have to redo it because it is not fresh, not been refrigerated." I only know writing a note on the sign in sheet that "No good services".

I got here on a Saturday to do a gestational diabetes testing for an hour. They had only one attendant taking in patients and completing the testing process. Absolutely ridiculous considering the number of people that were sitting in the waiting room. I waited for over an hour to be called in and another hour for my test as an expecting mother on an empty stomach. I will never return back to this place.

I came in today for a fasting glucose tolerance test checking for gestational diabetes, which entails 3 blood draws over 2 hours. I was seen promptly, and the blood draws were pretty painless. They have a very comfortable waiting area in the back with a TV, recliner, other chairs and water cooler, which is nice when you have to be here for 2 hours.

Worst Lapcorp office. You will be kept there for hours without even seeing your order papers. Stay away from this office, especially on Saturday.
