I have used this location quite a few times. I havent had good experiences. The people are uniformly rude and unhelpful, and seem to take great pleasure in upsetting me. In one case, my insurance claim for previous lab tests had been filed incorrectly (by someone at Quest); when I came in for tests a month or so later, the person at the desk told me I owed several thousand dollars and when I asked how I could resolve the issue she became extremely belligerent and told me there was nothing she could do, no information she could give me on what might have happened, and that Id have to work it out with my insurance company (this was not true; I had to call Quest billing and get their original error corrected). Most recently, I arrived before 5:00pm (the location closes at 6:00pm) and stood at an empty desk with no sign-in sheet for about twenty minutes. Someone finally emerged and sharply asked what I wanted. Taken aback, I said I wanted to get my tests done, and said that normally Id sign in and sit down, but that I couldnt find a sign-in sheet. She was clearly annoyed, said in a confrontational tone that she was the only person working there (several times) and that she would be busy right until 6pm when they closed, and essentially refused to provide me service and kicked me out. These are just two of many negative experiences I have had at this location. Going to Quest is stressful and an invariably terrible experience. I am thinking about switching insurance providers solely to find one that doesnt make me use Quest. There is just no excuse for how awful this place is and how incredibly rude the employees there are.

The reason I went there was the short waiting, but I have never had a satisfactory experience from this place. First of all, every time I go there to get my blood drawn, I get a huge bruise on my arm--hardly ever happens at any other places. Last time I went there, the technician used a wrong container for the type of blood test she had to do, so as a result, couldnt do the issued test at all. They also failed to do the follow up to notify me right away. By the time I went to see my doctor, they didnt have any result other than the message that said, "Inadequate amount of blood." I showed the doctor the huge vivid color bruise on my arm and told her that the tech filled the whole bottle with my blood, and asked her to call there to find out what happened. My doctor found out the mistake the tech/lab made. By the time, I came home from the doctors office, there was a message from them. It said simply that I had to come back there to have my blood drawn again without any apology or any explanation. I wont be going back there ever again.

Horrible patient care! Took my sick child for blood draw. First person I see is an unhappy looking woman at the front desk who says sign in and asks if I have an appointment. No, I dont. Came directly from pediatrician office. I told her my child is really sick, could we have an vomit bag. She looked at me like I had made an unreasonable request and she points to the waiting room wastebasket. Really? So we sit down and wait patiently for an hour . My child hovering over a disgusting waste basket. we are the last people in the waiting room and by now its closing time. Guess who wants to leave work? She finally looks at our paperwork and tells us the labs are ordered "stat" and stat labs cant be done after 3pm. Well - if I had been told that an hour ago I couldve gone elsewhere . I looked around the waiting room area - no sign is posted with that info. She gets belligerentand hands me a 1-888 phone number if I want to call and complain. I take my sick child and leave ........ will never be back.

This location gets zero stars. I arrived at 7:30 thinking I would have plenty of time before work. At 9:00, I had to call in late to work because I still had not been called back. Upon arrival, the computer sign said I had a 30 minute wait. Thirty minutes later I still had a 30 minute wait. I needed to get the blood test done so I just had to tough it out until I got called back. I was called back one hour and 10 minutes after I arrived but just to register. Then I got to go back and wait some more. Severely understaffed, dirty waiting area, lab tech took 3 sticks to get the samples. Employees were not rude but they were brusque. Arrival to departure was almost 2 hours just for blood tests. I was surprised because past experiences had been pretty good. I will try Labcorp next time.

I really didnt like this place. I went in for a wellness test and they took 4 tubes of blood result. After a week, i went to the same place and checked on my blood results , they said they only take blood , all the results will have to go different number. She gave me a number to reach to get the blood resuts, when i called them they said they didnt receive any results yet. I had to call this number for number of time and they kept saying they didnt see the results yet. THen they raised a case and after 10 days i got a mail saying that something went wrong while drawing test and have to redraw blood again. This is ridiculous.

My wife took our one year old daughter to get blood drawn here. The woman taking the sample was unprepared and only went to find a needle after she had already tied off my daughters arm. My wife undid the knot after our daughters arm started to turn red and the woman still wasnt back. When she finally returned, she yelled at my wife to do a better job holding our screaming baby still. We shouldve read the other reviews before taking our daughter. Even though it is extremely cobvenient, we will not be going back.

I have been going to this location for several years for Lab Work at my Doctors request. To contact this location by phone is almost impossible. There are times where I will try all day long to hope someone answers the phone at times to no avail. The office staff as far as providing patient/customer service by phone lacks to a level of being unacceptable and POOR. I cannot say this is the case for all Quest Diagnostics locations but I can say this location is by far the worst in providing phone access.

This is the worst lab I have ever dealt with. My daughter needed a certain blood test done as requested by our local health department. The first time we went to Quest they drew the blood but later stated that they were unable to complete the test. So we brought her back for a repeat of the same test and this time they over incubated it. Now, I have to subject my 5 year old to yet another blood test because Quest labs lack the skill and professionalism to do this right the first or second time.
