This location is TERRIBLE. The technicans also do registration. It is very inefficient. I had a 10 30 appointment for bloodwoork. At 11:00 the asked for my information. Another 40 minutes before I had blood drawn. REALLY! With an appointment. Poor Customer service. Patients were upset. No supervisor on site. I wont be back!

This LabCorp is great! Probably the best I have been to. There is never a long wait because theres never more than 3 people ahead of you. Its a nice, clean, and quiet office, and the customer service is good. As another person mentioned, its like heaven compared to the New Hampshire Ave location.

old black lady in the front desk absolutely rude in the manner that she talks to one. seems like her pleasure is to make people feel bad/sound dumb. when in reality shes the one missing pieces to her brain. takes her sweet time in every process will have you waiting for hours.

I was here on a Saturday and while they Really open and efficient. I would definitely recommend and appointment. They are the only one open until 12 PM on Saturday. Big note here they also do drug screening which makes it a little chaotic... And busier than others

I dont know what happened with the one star review, but every time Ive been here its been fabulous -- the place is empty, quick in and out, staff is on the ball -- keep it a secret or the place will be jammed.

HORRIBLE CS. The black women on Saturday are EXTREMELY rude , said good morning when walking up to them and didnt even ask me anything!! had me waiting for 40 minutes to ask for id and insurance! Ridiculous!!
