Went in for a pre-employment drug screening. The website said they closed at 4. I arrived at 3:02 and see a sign on the door saying they stop doing drug screening at 3. I went in and asked if the could still do it since it was only 2 minutes past the hour and the staff was very disrespectful and rude and told me I need to come during the hours posted. It would be nice if the website had accurate information and the staff were a little more polite about refusing service.

I go in for blood work regularly and never once have had a pleasant experience with the employees. Theyre all always in awful moods, with terrible attitude problems. This past experience was the worst customer service yet, so I will not be returning and guess Ill have to make the extra drive to a further away lapcorp.

Its office opens on Saturday but Google maps show closed on Saturday, which is wrong. It was a little crowded, but they did their job professionally. Hey, Google maps, your schedule is wrong . This location is open on Saturday.

Website said it opens at 6:00 just went there and they opened at 7:00.
