This lab location is the worst ever. Rude, brusque, condescending staff, terrible "bedside manner," you name it. At the advice of my physician, I told the person drawing my blood that Im terrified of needles and she made fun of me. Really? During the process, she asked why I was looking away and breathing heavily and I reminded her that Im jumpy and anxious about needles to which she responded "SAD" in a very rude, condescending tone and just shook her head. Theyre awful. The two women who work there should be fired and work somewhere where they have no contact with people. Ive had a few similar experiences here as have a couple of friends. I now drive across town to Quest Diagnostics even though LabCorp is next to my doctors office. Ive contacted LabCorp Corporate offices about it and received no response from them whatsoever.

I have had to use this location on several occasions. The staff is not patient friendly at all however they are efficient and waiting time is always minimal. I would not say they are rude unless you do not follow protocol by signing in and then wait to be called, otherwise you will get your head bitten off.

I had to post having read the other review. My experience was wonderful. Convenient, organized and the staff were super friendly. This is where I will go from now on.
