Went in to pick up simple test, desk girl was Rude and rolled her eyes. Upon trying to drop off sample: Entire staff at counter was rude and after being signed in, as a DROP-OFF, and waiting 45 minutes, I just left and took my test back to the Medical Clinic ( Evolve)- for them to drop off. The staff at Quest should be FIRED, they actually complained about who took the last 2 drop offs, to each other. I sat right infront of main window area and was patient. They skipped me, on the list 5 times and took a walk in , without an appointment before me also. I will file a complaint officially and hope ALL EMPLOYEES and THEIR MANAGER(s) loose their jobs. Horrible experience and Ghetto Like Mentality! And the kicker, no prices were stated before, during or after, when the bill came it almost broke the bank. Have an executive from Quest show up and see the SHITTY Service for yourself. Sad that they are fleecing their customers. Not at all professional, Ghetto-Like mentality,Rude, Robotic. Thumbs down!!!

I came to this facility yesterday with my mom and my 2 year old daughter (both needed blood work done). I was standing at the front desk being checked in by one of the employees when another employee came to sit at the front desk. The employee checking me in told her that two people needed lab work done, "a baby and a lady" to which the other employee responded with "a baby? Eff that. You can do the baby." The two went back and forth for a bit and then finally decided who was going to complete my daughters lab work. Although the girl that did my daughters lab work was quick I found it very unprofessional that they both argued who would have to draw blood from my two year old. I work in customer service and I would NEVER speak about a customer like that. Totally rude. We will not be visiting that facility again.

This place is the worst.. I got there signed in and then waited 45 min to just be asked back up for information.. The front desk girl was lazy and didnt want to fill in any paper work or even be helpful. Then she questioned me about what test the doctor ordered, asking me "did you order this test??".. Right, like I am going to randomly order tests.. I felt like I was disturbing the front desk girls workday by coming in.. Then you wait some more.. Dont count on getting seen in less then a hour.. If you have a choice of where to get your lab work done, try another place.. I totally agree with the previous review from Anton.

Whiny technician was complaining to customers. Being snarky because it was "busy". It seems like the line never stops when you work as slow as these people. Took about 10 to 20 minutes per person. Since the technician was also throwing HIPA to the wind, I know that the most complicated test was a CBC and urinalisis. Should take about 30-90 seconds for a blood draw and another minute or two prep. Like I wrote. Averaged about 15 minutes per. And HIPA IGNORED. I got names and tests out of everyone the male technician waited on.

I did try to call before heading out and no one answered the phone but I got there at 11:15am on Monday and was in my car driving home at 11:37am. There were 4 people ahead of me when I got there. So service was fast and the tech who drew my blood was fantastic. She only needed one stick to get the blood. Usually it takes a couple of attempts. I will use this Quest again.

They were quick but horrible. I had blood taken and somehow they messed up this simple procedure. It was painful and by the time I got to my car my bandage was soaked with blood. Fast forward to a couple days later and I have a large deep purple bruise about the size of a lemon and a scab on my arm!!!!!!!! Wont ever be going back there.

Wait time is usually about 30 min or more since its a busy place. Front desk staff is usually on the lazy side but the techs doing the blood work are well trained and careful to avoid any unnecessary pain.
