Do not leave your child alone with the Healthy You Group-they separate the parents from the children, take the children to degrade them about their weight. They make sure the children know they are obese and define this in a cruel way. This was supposed to be about finding activities they enjoyed, to get them moving and improve life. That never happened as promised. The YMCA Hampton did not live up to their word. Babs at CHKD never followed up-never bothered calling me back after hearing about this. She must have known. My daughter still can not deal with talking about weight because of this program. Join the Gym, dont do this!!

For the past month my son had to be scheduled for speech therapy at this location to complete their program before reevaluation. The 2 therapists he had were more focused on rushing him through assignments, than his progress. 1 therapist inappropriately even lectured me on how I should parent my son as well. This is not ok.

I dont even know where to start. This place is not color people friendly. Front desk hardly want to speak to you. If you are other than black you will get treated like a human being. Absolutely disgusting people working up front and behind the scenes. Racist KKK doctors..

Kept telling me my childs diagnoses was wrong and they gave us no activities to practice at home. Going to OT was a complete waste of time. I transferred to the Hampton location.

I love this place my daughter has ot and pt and her doctor their i love everyone their .They are nice friendly people to me n my family

We attend multiple therapies weekly also see my sons pediatrician at this location. The staff is always friendly .

Everytime Im in here I sit here and wait for more that 30 minutes. Everytime the Drs running late.
