Very poor they dont want to call anyone in for a sick visit for my child and said to take her to the ER. She has 100F temperature so to say sorry no one is available for sick visits today because no one wants to come in. They only have an operator talking to you I couldnt even get a nurse or anything to give me recomendations on what to do... So all in all they want to do is collect a check unless there doctors have other agendas. Sorry Im paying and taking my children to a pediatrician that actually cares about children. I called our previous one in Philadelphia, tarsdale pediatric and they havent seen her in forever they said to bring her in and they would see her. They even said if we couldnt get there till late, 2 hours away with a sick baby they would have the on call doctor come in.. I think I might just start driving the 2 hours again they actually care about children..

They are terrible at scheduling appointments for sick kids all they tell Me is go to the er and I have to sit in the hospital for 6 1/2 in the waiting room with a sick baby

Terrible phone services takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes and has yet to ever really be fixed
