I had an Appt at 11:00. Traffic was really bad on Route 17 so I called the office at 11:05 & told Sabrina that I was almost there & that I was only 2 StopLights away. Sabrina said okay, Well come on! So I walk in door to Your Office at 11:09 & was held up at Check In Counter because of My Health Insurance changes. Then, when Lady at desk (Stephanie) is done, She takes my file/folder back so I can be called back to a room & Stephanie comes back to tell me that now I cant be seen because I was too late to My Appt. If I was not kept at the check in counter so long, I could of been called back to see Dr. Barron. But, Nope She wanted to reschesule me. I needed Refills on My Meds that day, I had to be seen. I explained what was going on with me & the girl up front told the Drs./nurses in back that I had a female problem & said I said I needed to be seen. If Youve had the same GYN since being a teenager, then why would I try to get seen for a female problem from a primary care Dr.?? So, long story short, obviously, there were major communication issues at front desk, I called back the day after I was there & inquired again about My Prior Drs Authorizations and I was told there was nothing on file about needing a Prior Authorization for My Insulin & other medicine! (I had called Tuesday & Wednesday over the Dr. authorizations) (and CVS had faxed this Drs Office for me 4 times about the same 2 meds!) 1 of which is My Insulin! The ironic thing is Dr Barron called My Medicine in to CVS on Tuesday, but Dr. Barron is not aware of My Medicine/RX Authorizations!!?? This office is obviously backwards! For months I went to Dr. Barron & told her how low my sugar was every am (My Sugar would be between 15 & 35) which is more dangerous than it being in the 600s! I was having to have Someone at My Home to make sure i would wake up every am. I would think that a Dr. would know that if they put me on a hypoglycemic Insulin, then that of course could happen! I could go on.....But, I would hope after people read just this, that They would make a Good Educated Decision on which Dr.s Offices are Good & which Dr.s are full of crap! And as shown this office has MAJOR COMMUNICATION ISSUES! HOW DARE A "want to be Dr." Call me a Liar when I never asked for anything related to Female Issues/Problems! I am too old to play games of playing games & people putting words in My Mouth!

I myself will only see 2 drs at the practice but its because I have long standing relationships with 1 and the other was very helpful several other times I really needed the support. Dr Warren Weixler is my Dr of choice and many other patients as well, which means it takes time to get an appt bc he is so popular. If I cant see him, I like to see PA Emily Dudley. They are both great with their patience, kind, knowledgeable, great listeners and are empathetic. I would recommend Patriot along with the wonderful staff, nurses, doctors, etc. all day, any day!

I had blood work taken at this office, it took almost 2 weeks of calling to check on the results for them to tell me the test they ordered wasnt even suppose to have been done with a blood test that they should of taken a stool sample to begin with. I feel like if I hadnt called as many times as I did I would of never gotten an answer. Also made another appointment to come in and they called the day before canceling the appointment and did not have any other doctors or times available where I could at least have the option to be seen by someone else.

Made a new patient appointment, took off work, get to my appointment (after alllll that horrible traffic), and they say I dont have an appointment and that Im not even in the system. They blamed me saying I was at the wrong place or never made the appointment and I said no is this your number and I specifically called here for a specific doctor. They would not fit me in and only said well we can schedule you an appointment for another day. They were not accommodating at all. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else.

I love this place Emily Duddley is my favorite then Allison and of course Kristen those 3 ladies have always taken good care of me. If I need an appointment I get it with no problem and they will schedule around my schedule to see that I can get there. Now some of the other staff I cant say too much good about so I will just leave it there.

I had an appointment for lab work. I had to fast for. The appointment got confirmed twice. Then they called me one hour before to cancel. I still dont know the reason? But I know if it were the other way around. I would have been charged 25 bucks. I will never go here again and would never recommend this place
