The wait times are no joke. I arrived at 9:22am for a drug test and physical, I did not leave the building until 11:30 or so. It was a Monday so take that into account. Tues-thurs it might not be such a long wait but I cannot say for sure since it was my first time there. Most of the staff were friendly all except the male that was at patient check out(didnt catch his name) my papers were right there on the counter and I was good to go but he rudely told me to have a seat while he sat there and messed around on his personal phone. About 5 minutes or so later he picked up the papers and told me I was good to go.

This is the worst place ever! My husband had to come here for a preplacement drug screen and physical. He was made to wait for over an hour and when he asked to use the restroom because he could no longer hold his bladder you tell him no and then force him to wait longer, you have the staff to have people clear the line but not to process the patients! Someone finally called back franticaly to process him. This is by far the worst establishment I have ever been to would not reccomend them to anyone! Rude employees and just plain disrespectful!

The young man at the front desk was being rude, didnt know what was going on, and kept telling us to calm down when all we were doing was giving them information and asking them to correct a mistake they made. I dont understand how people can be so rude to patients. The doctors were great but that staff member at the front desk ruined the whole experience. Never coming back here again.

This place sucks. Come in ready to piss fkr your drug test... but we gonna make ubsit there and almost piss yourself for an hour... and no. You cant use the bathroom until your drug test... wtf
