I know this is a very low rating, but please take this seriously. This has been one of the worst experiences with a "professional" establishment I have ever encountered. - My phone calls are CONSISTENTLY ignored; I will call several times per week and they dont call me back, ever. - Ive had a scheduled appointment (scheduled weeks ahead of time, because that was the soonest they could see me) and I waited to see the doctor for 1.5 hours. - Dr. Christie herself is not terrible - I wont say shes the best doc Ive ever had, but shes absolutely fine and I might stay with her were it not for her absolutely inept staff. - Dr. Christie would not work with another health professional I am working with, but made me schedule yet another appointment to come speak with her - the medical professional with whom Im working outside of Dr. Christie told me that in her 30 years experience, shes never had a doctor resist working with her like this. - The administration are ignorant of basic clinic information (I asked for a physiatrist referral, spelled it three times on three separate phone calls, (three of about twelve that I had to make to get this referral ... my calls were never answered by the referral coordinator and I finally had to schedule an appointment to get a response), and they consistently wrote down psychiatrist. This ignorance is absolutely unacceptable in a health clinic, where patients health and well being is at stake. Last time I went to the clinic, I waited 30 min beyond my appointment time (despite the staffs assurance that Dr. Christie was on time that day) and had flashbacks of the 1.5 hour wait Id encountered prior to this visit. I didnt have time to wait like that again, so I asked if she could call me instead. The staff member I spoke with, Maria, responded to my inquiry as to whether Dr. Christie does phone appointments was "Thats a good question... I have no idea...". She assured me the nurse or doctor would get back to me. Im still waiting. I get a horrible knot in my stomach every time I need to do something with this clinic. They are HORRIBLE. I honestly hope someone in the clinic, preferably Dr. Christie, sees this review. You need to hear how terribly dysfunctional your clinic is. Ive been trying to deal with this health center for five months now, and since I recently moved here and have SO much to deal with and it was hard to find a doc to take my out of state insurance, Ive had to stay with this inept clinic until I can find another doctor who will take my anomalous insurance. Im fed up and will spend another three days making phone calls to family practitioners again so I dont have to deal with this clinic any longer. Go elsewhere, you will be so glad you did.

This place does NOT care about your situation. I lost my insurance and my job and they put me on a sliding scale of $25 a visit. Because I have so many health problems I require multiple appointments. I cannot pay this each time! I dont have an income and I dont have someone I can borrow it from. They are now refusing to see me until I pay. They told me to go to a free clinic. But Ive been seeing Dr Markovic for quite some time and he knows my history and is treating me for all my health problems. Im so angry with this place. Refusing to see me because of this has GOT to be illegal in some way.

Ive been going to see Dr Markovich for a year now, and hes the best primary care physician Ive had. He has amazing bedside manners. He treats me like a human, like I can make my own decisions. Hes always very reasonable when I go to see him.
