This Medical departments only serve better if you are Black..but if you are White, Hispanic or Asian they will turn you down. ..Im from Asia in Philippines. .I made some multiple attempts to sign forms for FAMIS for my children coz I cant afford my company Benefits health Insurance. ..they turn me down so many times. ..me and my wife dont even make $40,000 thousand Dollars combine income in a year but they only manage to entertain blacks. No wonder this country ...America is going down in its economy due to this Lazy people. ..they dont want to work. ..and they want all people like us to support their financial needs from Food and Medication. We tried so many times too and put many applications for FOOD STAMPS and then once again they turn us down. ..i hope i was born black so Im not gonna be turn down everytime...I dont recommend white people, Hispanic and Asian to try your luck in this location ..this Branch is so Very Bad. ..you will just loose your temper, time and effort whenever you visit this location. ..its a bad experience. ..Im not coming back to this place. ..I hope this location will be close permanently. ..

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. Very loud and dont care who hears what. When they are in office with the door shut you can hear EVERYTHING they talk about. Calling people treats for treatment people, and make people talk real loud at the window. This office and front desk staff need a better setup and staff. Avoid if possible.

Service was extremely poor. I sat there for 2 hours before they told me they didnt have the skin test I needed. Never returning here ever.
